About Noble Intent – Boise

Noble Intent operates from 3501 West Elder Street in Boise. The site sits in Ada County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Boise City. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Noble Intent

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Noble Intent Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 3501 West Elder Street, Boise, ID 83705, in Ada County. The catchment reaches Boise City. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

They are such a caring office. Always so easy to work with in every way like scheduling, finding the right therapist, etc. I saw 2 therapists here & unfortunately, had to step away due to my personal schedule but I will… highly recommend Landon. In the short period of time I saw him, he helped me progress to my goal tremendously. All my sessions with him were well thought out with tools & ideas to incorporate into my daily life.

We love Noble — they have the best therapists who truly care and take the time to understand your needs. Every visit feels comfortable and uplifting because everyone there is incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive.… It’s a place where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for from the moment you walk through the door.

We have been going to Noble since 2021. It is a pace for my whole family. All of my kids see a different provider and me and my husband see someone for us separately and as a couple. The kids even get CBRS and WINS… services here. Couldn't ask for a better office to support all of our mental health needs.

I was recently going through an abusive situation with a roommate who would not allow me to go to my appointments. When the situation was resolved and I tried to call in to change my number for contact, no answer twice.… During open hours. I had to physically go in. I thought the situation would be resolved, but no, when I was trying to get back into the habit of going to therapy I was not given confirmation phone calls and the texts i recieved were with incorrect dates, and only after the fact was I told I had missed an appointment. My therapy was also not efficient for the times I was able to go, and overall I feel like a 125 dollar no show fee when they would not contact me correctly is crude. I am aware it costs these therapists time and money when their patients do not appear but when front desk does not try to contact its patients to confirm appointments appropriately it becomes problematic. I never recieved phone calls about my appointments until after they had passed. For the times I knew i wad unable to attent i attempted to call ahead and reschedule and still there was no answer. This is disgraceful.

I absolutely love this place !! They have helped me out so much in the past year !! Without the help of Magen Norton, And Jaycee Canter I wouldn’t be where I’m at today as far as getting the help I need! So Thank you so… much for everything!!! And even on my non scheduled days if something comes up I have messaged them and they still took the time to respond to me which to me that is so awesome to know that I always have and knowing that there is extra help and support!! And not a lot of places have that support!! You have to leave voicemail or wait until your session before you can speak to them.! I also love Kimberly she is the sweetest and most welcoming I just love her and her dog sky! He is so awesome and the sweetest! And Paige in billing was super helpful when my insurance had lapsed in between switching over and no coverage on one of. The visits I called her up and she told me I was all good for my visits no payment due as a way saying thank you for patient loyalty… so great customer service support and care!!
