Aegis Treatment Centers LLC – Ceres

Over the yrs I've been a patient at modesto, manteca, merced, ceres, and turlock (satellite of ceres), and n little rock arkansas. Manteca and ceres/turlock were by far the best run clinics. Mgt is consistent w… interpreting the rules and policies.its hard to find a clinic that strikes a good balance between being fair and understanding and not letting the patients get away w everything they try and get away with. These two clinics have done an excellent job of straddling that line, something I've rarely seen in 20 plus yrs of being a patient.

I have been to three different clinics, 2 were aegis the other genesis(closed), and this clinic is by far the best!! The head manager there actually talks to you like you are human. Here you get to talk to the doctor… yourself and advocate for yourself. Doctor Southmay(I believe that's how you spell it) is amazing. He also listens and treats you like an actual person! It's a very efficient clinic!! Highly recommend!!!

They are fast when it comes to getting you in and out but they close so early it’s ridiculous. Not everyone can make it by 1:30 or 11:00 and if you call to ask for a referral for the other clinic that closes at 5:00… they'll say no! They need to do better for their clients or they're going to lose them.

I got transferred to Aegis Treatment Center 1 year ago wen the other clinic I was going to Genesis Treatment Center in Modesto California closed down for good. Which was sad bc I really liked that clinic and all of the… staff including my counselor. But now ive been clean and sober for 12 years and getting stronger everyday. I really like this Aegis Treatment Center in Ceres California. The staff is very professional, nice, and friendly. My counselor is awesome, nice, and friendly. Without their help id probably be dead right now. I'm so thankful for this clinic.

So far everyone there is really been nice and the Doctor is great. The only thing I don't care for is too many appointments.

Compared to the modesto clinic 2 hour wait, here in Ceres 2 min wait time 🥰 everytime.

Awesome fast service. I'm never in the clinic more than 5 min waiting on my dose. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend....
