Horrible place they dont listen to the family's. They tell my schizophrenic son he should get a weed card which he use to smoke and it made him so paranoid he had to be hospitalized. They take about 10 mins and say… everything is fine. Then the lies are even more horrible.

This place has seen me at my lowest point and helped build me up over the last 2 years, I'm so grateful to know them and anytime I'm there they always do whatever they can to make someone feel welcomed, supported and… prepared for the next steps regardless of what position you came in from. Theyve helped me with everything; mania, Sui. Ideation, recovery, helping me leave an abusive relationship in homelessness.. I've made supportive friends I still talk from the last 2 years. Pathways has helped me so much and it's always my first choice when facing crisis. The staff truly care, the facility is clean and comfortable, the food is always amazing. 10/10 place to be when you need a hand up 💛

The counselors flirt with the women. And they also don't tell you that you'll be charged an extra 365$ for a month of drug testing. The prices are up front but change within a week.

These guys are absolutely tremendous and provide an incredible service. Cannot say enough good about them. I’ve been working through my things with them for going on three years, more for personal maintenance than… peer/crisis support. They’re always there. Always consistent. I could mention names on the 24 hour crisis line, but they know who they are that do wonders for for me. Only love for Pathways of Ashland, Kentucky.

They really don't care or listen. No other way to put it. They didn't help us or anyone I know that went there for a multiple different service.

Unorganized, unprepared. Took my 80 year old grandma for a 3 day assessment, had everything setup day before and a bed reserved. Had advised she was on a walker and needed 2 person assist. Got to the center, filled out… paperwork, was there 2 hours and then informed they couldn't keep her because they didn't have enough workers to assist her walking. Was sent to Kings Daughters ER where we sat another 4 hours, getting run around! This is exactly why people with mental health do not seek treatment! When you're already broke down and hopeless, run around and no help, does not fix any issues!
