This place is insane I had to walk 5 miles back from the hospital because there phones was broken I wasn’t the only person who had to walk. I also have stomach and heart issues and they was not getting my heart meds and… was limiting my stomach meds I AM SUFFERING STILL even after leaving ama due to a situation that happened with another patient and my health I can’t stop my stomach from being in pain anymore because how long I was limited from my meds my meds don’t work anymore like they are supposed to. They seemed nice at first some people there are good but others is just not good especially Debbie. Debbie has the attitude and speaks so horrible against other patients. Saying things that makes u wish u wasn’t there at that facility. And when I filed a grievance NO ACTION AGAINST HER. How is she gonna tell someone if they have adhd or not just because she didn’t see the adhd act up in the moment and tell me my plan was stupid and I should hear myself right now. And also told me my grandparents didn’t pick up because they didn’t want me like excuse me they want me they was just busy with my kid. Oh and some of the staff including the younger mixed girl that is sometimes in the classes if u are not there favorites they will hardly help you out or talk to you but will spark up convos with every one of there favorites but those who arent favorites. When i wanted to leave due to how i was treated i was told she couldnt help me that i needed to figure it outmyself but in order to leave u needed to get ur stuff and sign papers and staff needed to do that. So she was staff so why couldnt she had notified the manager guy who was nowhere to be found and the reporting number they dont even respond to it. Find other places then this place if you need help everyday in there was no help. They dont even notify you if someone calls asking about you. Update: a year later i got testing and i didnt have raynauds like there doctor here told me. Refused me the er when my fingernails was turning blue. Dr there says raynauds but my testing i got now says otherwhise i was probably having medical emergency

The counselors were very kind and empathetic. The issues I had was the nurses that work nights are rude and they seem to hate there jobs. Also the lady that runs the 9am group during the week Tori seems to play… favorites, she's vindictive and hateful just because she doesn't like them. There was a lady in one of the group sessions that was asking for the name and number of someone outside of the facility so that her buddies could "pay him a visit." All the while, Tori was sitting there on her cellphone ignoring everything, everybody, and didn't even bother to put a stop it. When I asked her about it her response was she knows the girl and has made similar comments about people before in previous group sessions and should not be taken seriously. Whether you think someone is being serious or not making threats towards another person or taking the law into your own hands is never ok and should always be taken seriously. I am appalled by how Tori handled the situation and I don't think she should be working in a rehab facility full of addicts.

My Dad asked for help and they turned him away. He allegedly hung himself on 8/23/25 they said he was a conflict of interest and sent him away. They didnt find him another place or refer him anywhere else. His name was… Daniel C Hacker.

This is one of the most aggravating places of all times. They didn’t take me to court after telling them CONSTANTLY that I needed to go, for them to tell me I didn’t tell them. Then some guy that was also in there had… to help me go to 14 different people just for them all to ignore it basically. Now, once i left, they kept my medicine and left me sick, I’ve called 14 times and either no one answered or they transferred me to the wrong place, and this is after waiting a day and they were supposed to send my medicine in, but they never did. Now I can’t get it filled for two weeks. They also cheated me 6 of them. I only received two at the place and they were supposed t be 28 now I’m getting 22 if I ever do actually get them. Nothing but hassle after hassle. The nurses very few of them actually do their job, they kept my stuff for two days and I couldn’t even change and I had nothing to wear and it freezing cold. This isn’t even all of it. Stupid place. Only two nurses, the peer support and the lady that’s the operations manger or something up front was helpful and done all they could. No one told me the rules or the times or anything , they just dropped me off and a few hours later showed me my room and that’s it. I didn’t know how anything worked there. Will not ever go back!

The only reason I gave this business a one star is because there wasn’t anything below one my son has been there for almost three months and he got threatened by them saying they that they would have him put into… trillium Center this doesn’t go over to well with his father and myself not to worry though I will be having him to go to arc to a place that I know he will definitely be getting the help he needs by the way he volunteered to enter treatment so there for he can choose another place

There foods terrible the weekend kitchen workers did the bare minimum I thought you were supposed to go to rehab and get fat not lose weight , than they promised us big books if we completed and the time came and we… were not given anything and til this day I call daily and still not given anything I understand I did it for me but when you are promised some thing by staff and they dont follow thru on what they tell u means there word is no good I just really would not of had my hopes up for them to just let us down on things ....

Terrible experience for my grandson. The staff were rude and didn't seem to care about him being triggered about the location he was at. I had to transport him myself to another facility. The recovery works in… georgetown is by far the better pick if anyone is thinking about getting help. These people are only in it for the money.

This is the most ridiculous place I’ve ever dealt with. My God daughter called me and was not sober. All I did was tell her on the phone I had found a different place for her that I was looking into.. That would be… better for her. She immediately said I’m not leaving I have friends here and hung up the phone. I called back and get faced with a staff member. Which tells me that she was with her all day long and I said she was not sober last night when she called me and she repeated I was with her all day long. I said well she was.not sober when she called me , I don’t know what you all are doing over there and she interrupted me and said people do well all the time over here and hung up the phone on me. Did not give me an opportunity to say anything else. I didn’t ask to speak to her I was asking to speak to my goddaughter, and she intervened on the phone. I have never in my life seen anything so unprofessional, and when she called me the night before it sounded like they were having a party in the background and she was not sober. She’s slurring her words she’s obviously not OK, and she practically admitted it to me. This place is not the place to go if you want your love one to be in recovery. It won’t work it only gets worse.

TERRIBLE PLACE. I have been calling constantly for 2 weeks multiple times a day to try and get in contact with my mother. They told me they were not going to get her. Even though there was a family emergency. The… medicine director was rude and very unprofessional. I wasn’t going to continue to take no as an answer. She didn’t respect that I needed to talk to my mother immediately. So she hungup on me after i asked for a manager and acted like she was the main manager. Then after she hung up on me I asked for the manager. CRAZY SHE WASNT THE MANAGER SHE PRETENDED TO BE. Then when they finally got to a manager crazy he had no problem patching me through to my mother and having her call me🤔. Then when my mother called me the medical director told my mother and I quote “you have a good one there” and obviously thats no way someone should talk about someones angry frustrated daughter. So I stuck up for myself. She didnt like that every much and threatened to hangup on me. WOULDNT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Terrible people who think its okay to say rude stuff to minors and about them. The lady needs to be fired.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life which is saying alot, this program only has money in mind I was refused church on Sundays and was told to watch it on lunch or some other time. I haven't miss church… in 4 years they infringe on my religious beliefs which I was baffled due to the higher power being the biggest part of recovery. Not only that the doctor named Holly tried giving me a grape during a panic attack and was fired on the spot. They failed me and I'll die before ever going back. I will be pursuing legality measures against there corporations compliance officer Tina Adams-Saltler due to my religious freedom being infringed upon. If you need God in your life and recovery I don't recommend this organization.
