Do not trust this program to be fair, professional, or supportive. The staff run this facility entirely on favoritism based on who is kissing their ass rather than on actual facts, reason, or basic truth. Certain… residents will lie and make other residents look bad, and the staff automatically believe the ones who are lying just because those residents kiss ass. Because of this, those favored residents get the staff to do whatever they want and can get away with anything without any repercussions. When a resident directly threatened physical violence, management ignored it completely. When a package was stolen, staff refused to search or help retrieve stolen belongings, claiming they couldn't search rooms—yet turn around and state in termination letters that asking other residents about missing packages or being upset during checks counts as "creating a threatening environment" and "verbally abusive behavior." They twist basic complaints about missing property, routine check-ins, or group discussions into reasons for termination while ignoring actual threats. Even upper administration, including Vice President Phil Peachey, comes on-site, sees what is happening, and does virtually nothing to address or fix the toxic behavior, bias, or unfair treatment. On top of the toxic environment, facility maintenance is completely neglected, including dirty, rusted kitchen faucets and poor water conditions. This place lacks leadership, accountability, and real support. Save yourself the stress and avoid this program

The staff instigate and disrespect residents. This place has no consistency. The higher ups look the other way when things are going bad!!!
