Honestly very disappointed I had Shelly for awhile and was doing Telehealth appointments she would compare me and tell me about other clients she had I tried calling to get a different therapist all were full they told… me maybe give her another chance so I did telling her I was starting a new job and that we would need to change times or days which never happened so I missed appointments and got booted out called back and said that I’m on a probation period and I can re apply as a new client but they are about 2 months out before getting me back in and to someone new anyways it’s been probably about 4-5 months now and nothing I just don’t recommend they should be working with you and you should have somebody you can trust and with struggling with mental health that’s what they are supposed to be there for is very disappointing and disheartening when you need someone

Completely shocked after my first telehealth visit with Stacie. After meeting the receptionist and owner last week I was impressed aNe expecting a great doctor that matched their energy and level of care and concern.… Not at all what I found today when I met Stacie on telehealth. I have a hard time believing she has the credentials she claims she does. She didn’t have any characteristics of a medical professional. She reminded me of someone you would meet at a bar playing pulltabs who chain smoked. She raised her voice and started yelling at me when I told her some issues I was having and that was where I drew the line and ended the conversation. Stacie at Hojo Mojo is horrible for your mental health! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I'm impressed!

Highly problematic. Offering telehealth visits is a plus and they were able to accommodate my child's appointment in a time frame that wasn't ridiculous (attempts even through the cities were booked out 6 months and… then would only put us on a wait list). However, my child was given a prescription. My child gave permission for information to be shared with me yet I was not notified of the drug, nor the dose. I was traveling and didn't realize that a prescription had even been filled. Four days later when I arrived home I found my child in significant distress with what are common, but horrible, side effects of the chosen drug. We stopped the med, and I left a message mid week. I got an emailed response that we would need to call to make a follow up appointment and I called next day before end week. The call was returned 5 days later. We declined to have any further interactions with the group. Our pediatrician saw us immediately and was astounded at the dose prescribed initially as it was substantially higher than typical and likely contributed to the dramatic and severe side effects. Additionally, my child (17) wanted appt reminders to go to them. I filled out the paperwork indicating I was the responsible adult and the one with the insurance. The copay for the visit is now coming to my CHILD, not me as the insurance holder. Worse, despite clearly notifying Modern Mojo their preferred name is *****, they repeatedly communicate with them using their birth name. Our profession is in serious need of more providers; however, I cannot recommend a group that lacks solid communication skills and appears to have such a poor grasp of pharmacotherapy.

The office setting is amazing! The staff are wonderful and Shosty is the best to work with.

Quick and timely with getting me in and everyone I’ve been in contact has been beyond helpful, kind, compassionate and professional. First service is coming soon and greatly looking forward to it!

I live in a very small space, privacy is not something we get as a family of five. Modern Mojo decided that instead of having me come in (as they are still doing telehealth visits) that my family (being quiet) wasn't… enough privacy and dropped me, no phone call, nothing.

Tracy must not like me then cause she won't fill my prescriptions until I'm almost suicidal from not taking them.

Helpful, kind, understanding

I REALLY want to leave 5 stars, but I can't. Tracey is 5 stars without a doubt. But I find the "phone service" lacking. One ring and a voicemail? At least at Northland you would be able to speak to someone and make an… appointment. Not leave a voice mail, and wait for a return call to schedule an appointment. That is my only complaint. It's a pretty big fail. I suggest possibly hiring 2 people for the phone. Oh and let the phone actually ring. Not ring once and voicemail. It's pretty terrible p.r and customer service.

Tracy Zimmerman is a great doctor. I'm very picky. I find her extremely well educated, caring, insightful. Glad she has ventured off to her own office. She was at Northland Counseling. It is my opinion that better care… as a whole is done at smaller offices. Seems some of the really good staff at Northland soon leave. Hats off to Tracy.
