Do not come here for any assessments, highly unprofessional. You try and give em a call, no one knows anything, and the turn over rate on their employees is telling. No understanding no compassion just bots. All bots.… They will write up any report to include bs expensive classes that only they offer, and essentially try to milk you dry. Avoid like the plague

My daughter and I needed a therapist to help us talk through some childhood experiences that left our relationship strained. We asked for a female therapist who understands both the teenage brain and adulthood. We found… Jacey. She not only understands the teenage brain, she also understands young single motherhood, heavy life circumstances with a professional high demanding career, graduate school and commitment in the community. Her roadmap for our sessions allows our discussions to simply flow flawlessly. One of the best decisions I’ve made for my family thus far this year.

This place was a complete waste of time. I sought out testing for a condition that should have been pretty straightforward but the whole process is STILL ongoing, 9 months later as i still do not have my test results. I… saw a provider two times, one for an intake and the other for the testing. My intake appointment was in November and I finally was able to get testing in May after insurance issues (which were not their fault), a wait list, and my date for testing being cancelled on their end less than an hour before the appointment after waiting 6 months. My testing session finally happened and after waiting another month and a half for the results, the condition I went in for testing for was ruled out. Instead, I got diagnosed with something completely unexpected but needed meds for. I assumed I would be getting treatment there, but surprise, they're full. So I went elsewhere and requested my records be transferred so I can get treatment. After waiting nearly two more months, my new provider still didn't receive the records so I called AGAIN. (First couple times I spoke with the office and the provider, third time I went directly to the records department) The records department said my request for records was cancelled by me. It absolutely was not. They finally received my records but I still have not gotten my test results sent to me as stated. I was also supposed to get a list for suggested therapies for my diagnoses but I don't have that either. Not only that, but my new provider is confused why the condition I sought testing for was dismissed and is not convinced that I don't have it. So now I am back at square one with a different provider and probably have to be tested again per their policy. This whole experience was so chaotic and disorganized I would give 0 stars if I could.

Jacey Tupa has proven to be unprofessional, spiteful, and a bit unethical. She is NOT my child's therapist. A miscommunication caused me to schedule with the next available therapist. Ms Tupa had her staff contact me… and hour plus after the cancelation to chastise me and share that the Director gave the order that I need to meet with the new therapist 1st! This seems to have crossed some lines. I have a WONDERFUL therapist (Martha Marvin) and Ms Xioung! My child has been seen by Kendra K and she is AMAZING! Maybe this new, young lady should shadow them!

This place is really bad. The organization as a whole is poorly managed, disorganized, and confused. I set up my first appointment to explore gene sight testing, psychiatric medicine, and therapy. It’s been weeks and… weeks and despite the provider ordering the gene sight test, no one seems to know anything about it. I’ve had to call 4 times now and everyone is confused. Despite this, I continued on to try my first therapy appointment today. I arrived plenty early and with a couple people already waiting in line to check in at the front desk, I stood in line and waited 15 mins before I finally gave up. No one showed up at the front desk! It was now eating into my therapy appointment time and still not one person shows up. Some random nurses and staff would peak their head out but no one said anything. I realized at that moment how bad this place is and decided to walk away.

One of the worst experiences, and now, a data breech of my personal information. Nystrom & Associates is a sloppy organization, and further evidenced by their careless handling of patient's personal data. Shame on you.
