I have had the best experience here and surprised at the reviews, I've never had rudeness and my therapist was never absent.
usually have no issues but when i was making an appointment the lady on the phone was just SO rude it’s honestly been having me questioning if i should still go here or not i mean she was just incredibly rude and was… making me feel stupid as if i already don’t have issues as to why im literally going here get better people honestly this isn’t the first time either
My son has been supposedly seeing the counselor here. The first one they paired him with was flakey. Never showed when she was supposed to etc. Then it took them almost a complete year to locate another counselor for my… son to see. And now this is all virtual which is EXTREMELY hard when my son has ADHD sometimes he CANNOT sit still to even do the appointments. His second appointment with the new counselor was canceled only a few hours before his appointment, yet they want me to give a 24 hour notice or they will terminate care if my son cannot attend. Again people he has ADHD and hes freaking 9 and you have made no accommodations for him what so ever. This is not a good place for your little kids to go. They push you around and expect you to sit back and take it.
Extremely disappointed in this so-called mental health company. My kid saw their school-linked provider and her insurance got billed. Apparently, the insurance didn't pay all of it, so we got slapped with a big chunk.… The billing office contacted me exactly ONE time and when I explained that I don't have the funds at my disposal, he said her account would be referred to collections. No "sliding fee" accommodation, no offer for a payment plan, nothing of the sort. Just "pay or you'll be sent to collections". How is this "mental health" conductive? Central Minnesota used to be a much better (and caring) company, what happened?
I started my child here and at first was very pleased the student we were seeing. I was then scheduled with a doctor who would be more long term option and she immediately made me extremely uncomfortable the way she… talked to my child. She was also not aware of the dosage my child was currently on and prescribed him 3 times more than what he was on when we needed to increase and pushed meds that I was not comfortable with even after I continuously communicated bad experiences on the past with these meds, she pressured it until said yes. She didn't even take the time to get to know my child before trying to put him on 3 medications. The front desk is also extremely rude. Terrible experience all around.
The care that has been received has been what we have intended to be. The customer service of the front desk/appointment schedulers. It is awkward most of the time. Bunnie is great, but the rest is short, not proper… etiquette while having clients on the phone. They make sound like the appointment is a burden. Otherwise the care is great.
Since early Spring 2018, I have been meeting with Caitlyn at CMMHC. My experience has been a very positive one. I appreciate the support and guidance I’ve been given at CMMHC. It has helped me cope with several recent… life changes. I would recommend CMMHC to anyone who needs help and assistance coping with the challenges of life.
This place is not a good place to go. Nobody listens to you the person thinks they can fix your problems by writing 5 different prescriptions everytime you go in. You will feel everything but comfortable in this place… and you'll know the second you walk in what I'm talking about.
I was able to this clinic on an emergency appt basis. I met with Dr Henrich. He gave me some meds that made me sick to my stomach. I called the clinic and was telling his nurse, and she seemed to conclude that I had the… flu, not only was this very frustrating, but i found her to be rude and made assumpitons instead of allowing me to tell her my problems with this medication. I told her on the phone, i had to go, my social worker was on the other line, which i did not tell her, and hung up to . I call..I called clinic right back to explain to have dr call me and what his nurse had said. In 5 minutes the police knocked on mylandlords door, then knocked on mine. How rude and why did she not just call me back. Wasting taxpayere moneys and time for unneccessaqry police visits
