The Staff here are the best Staff I've worked with at an Outpatient Clinic. I've been treated with respect, dignity, and kindness at every visit. I've never felt a stigma, which I can't say about other… Facilities/Companies who do the same kind of operations. Honestly, I'm not sure what the Staff are paid, but I bet it is lower than what they deserve for all they do for not just myself, but the Community as a whole. If you want a place that'll take care of you, make you smile on a bad day, and make you laugh with some of the best banter I've heard that Shakespeare would jealous of. Really, this place saves lives and the Staff who operate it are the ones making it happen. I've left other Facilities who made me feel like a loser who didn't know a thing just because of my background. Here, you'll find the opposite. Everyone from Reception, Nursing, and Providers are people with hearts bigger than the Grinch's after it grew 3× it's size on Christmas. Thank you to the Staff for helping save lives each and every day with a smile. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I love this place and everyone who works here. It's like walking into my second home. The doctors have always been there for me when I was sick or in the hospital. Everyone really cares and that makes a huge difference.💜

Clean slate is the best thing that's ever happened to me ! My childhood friends Juli is here and she is what keeps this place together I don't know where I'd be without them

I completed a series of questions in lobby on paper then was asked to e series of questions afterwards by the PA. Redundant waste of time.

They were very nice. I am so grateful I finally got the courage up to go. Thank you very much for making me feel comfortable

The pittsfield office is really coming together the young lady Kim , And Kayla up front Annmarie V . , Aldo , the nice young lady doing the ua . And I think it will get better as they get better .. thanks ladys .

This place has really been a life saver for me. Its been there helping me through thick and thin. When I was first starting out still on wobbly ground they didn't kick me out or make me feel bad they stuck by me until… little by little I was able to get what I needed to push through the fog of my addiction and now I am about to finish up my education and have a degree all while maintaining a clean and healthy life thanks to the compassion and support of this clinic. I can not thank them all enough.

Cleanslate Pittsfield is a fantastic program with amazing staff. I have been with them for the past 2.5-3 years or so, and through very hard work I made it to a monthly prescription and complete sobriety. The staff does… an outstanding job and genuinely cares (Anne-Marie and Larry are blessings 🙏 but everyone else there is great too.) I highly recommend this program to anyone struggling to get or stay sober or is not successful on the methadone program.
