Lifeline Connections – Bellingham Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at Lifeline Connections – Bellingham are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Heidi IS AWFUL! So rude, so unkind and definitely doesn't know how to treat people with dignity, empathy and respect. She arrived LATE and then let me know they were going to bill me an extra 50$. She didn't pay… attention to me or care about what I had to say AT ALL. She made me feel like a burden. HEIDI SHOULD NOT WORK THERE!!! RUDE, SNOBBY, UNPROFESSIONAL

Quick to help by any means necessary, and can be a bit dangerous when trying medication on patients recently diagnosed with conditions.... Systems are screwy to say the least, and several professionals have mentioned… this, and i will be getting reevalted soon as its been a year since my ptsd and depression diagnosis. Otherwise great people putting their best foot forward. (Im hoping they don't screw me over before it comes time for MEPS)

This place is ridiculous. The councilors here drop client's with out reason. Leave clients hanging when there trying to recover from attempted suicide. It's like y'all just want people to die it's sick and wrong and… someone needs to be held accountable for the wrong that's being done here. I'll never understand why someone would knowingly treat another soul with such disregard..y'all should be ashamed of your selfs .May God have mercy on y'all's souls. I'm not a perfect person but I really hope someone wakes up to what's going on here

We live in the apartments directly above this business. There is a homeless man whom they let live outside their door. He lies on the sidewalk most of the day. He very loudly yells, whoops, poorly attempts to rap, sings… and talks very loudly to himself through all hours of the night. Hes clearly schitzophrenic. It has woken up my household many, many times now. The cops have been called, the business has been contacted, neighbors have asked him to quit being loud and yet the issue persists. The business enables this behavior and also allows him inside.

Wish I could give this disrespectful company no stars this is some of the most unprofessional people almost sure not one of them have a degree. customer service sucks you almost need to find counseling or therapist… because of this place it’s almost sad and very disappointing probably would help to hire somebody with an actual health degree

If anyone has been to other places in need of help and just been treated like another face or number this is not one of those places.. Lifeline genuinely care and have true concern for you and your well-being. I walked… in here and they were nice and listened and gave great advice and always looking towards the next step to continually help you not just a one time thing. We all know the look you get from places like this when you're down on your luck and in need of help but they don't look at you like that because most have travelled the road we have. I do recommend stoping in and just talk to someone of your needs, wants and the next step you're trying to get to and you'll find a empathetic face, a sympathetic ear and a safe hug to let you know they'll go the extra mile to ensure that those needs are met and have an ongoing relationship to make sure you are on track. Try them out!

Definitely shouldn’t have someone like this working for you. Unprofessional behavior coming from someone that is in this profession

I am delayed 3 weeks now and I am about to update my review from what has been the following-> Nice office layout well organized place with plenty of seating and services such as laundry and dryers for homeless peeps I… presume, I only just enrolled so I’ll stop back in to report on how it works out. They have approximately 3 or 4 suites plenty of rooms in the office. If a Mental Health Resource Center is what you are looking for you’ll find this one available for intake at 8:30 Tuesday morning first come first serve and directly across the steps from DSHS on Meridian and in the back behind the front side.

Staff if very caring and professional but things fall through the cracks. Would be 5 * if I hadn't had multiple paperwork snafus. My monthly status reports weren't being sent to my PO until I reminded them to, and they… never sent the required paperwork to get my driving rights reinstated to the DoL either.

They seem to be doing great things but they need to make sure the money they give for housing is going to people that actually need it. People are taking advantage and it makes me sick

Lifeline Connections, really helps you get right down to the roots of your addiction of any sort. Once you get to the roots, is where you truly understand how to start healing your own mind and spirit, helps gain… connection back at every angle to healthy people, and healthy decisions, witch builds confidence and stubility in ones life to be reconnected in so many ways. Lifeline Connections, are not here to scold people on mistakes or misshapes of learning what mankind has to offer in this world, but they are here to guide people back in the right direction to carry out life with positive angles and mental tools to be the strong person everybody was intended to be.

This place has helped me so much. The people that work here are super compassionate and really do care about each and every single person who walk through there door. Saving the overall best for last Dr.C. is the most… caring woman in the world hands down the best doctor I have ever had and or known. She really knows her job and does it well. Thank you lifeline. Extra thanks to Dr.C!!

This place dose not communicate with their clients or answer their phones. They also don't return phone calls ether. This place needs to be shut down.
