5 stars! I have not even been to the Jasper office yet...but seen my new doctor in the Orleans office. There was a misunderstanding, I think with my previous doctor from Orleans leaving a 2 week gap in medicine, I've… taken for 29 years! Without hesitation my new doctor at The Jasper office took over right away and filed that medicine! I have genuinely NEVER been cared for by a doctor like that way my whole life! I know I will definitely be at the Jasper office in a few weeks for my appointment and I just appreciate it so much local doctors would have just let me suffer they have before. Thank you so much can't wait to get the treatment I've been searching for at the Jasper Life Springs 🙏
I love life springs I’ve been going there for years, but the new Hispanic guy that they hired at the front desk is really rude.
Great Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Psycologists, Case Managers and Staff. I have been going there for years. They are Great All around in what they do. They care about people. They listen to people and help them.
We recently moved to the area, and when we had a mental health crisis, we called LifeSpring. I cannot express how grateful for the staff in Jasper! While crying out for help and being ignored had become the norm at… other facilities, the crisis intervention team and staff at LifeSpring in Jasper began rallying around our family. They built a wall of safety around my loved one who needed care, a showed him (and us!) that we are not alone. They faced many “no’s” when trying to help us find additional critical care, but that did not deter them, even after hours, and they were able to find additional resources to help our family. I truly believe that thanks to their caring, determination and tenacity in ignoring the roadblocks and finding other avenues to take that they saved a family member’s life. They also followed up, after hours even, to make sure that the family member’s life had the support and care they needed. I will always be grateful for this group being put in our pathway. They are true heroes.
Very amazing group of individuals!
Great experience with doctors Nice people in reception also. By 2025 main focus seems to be on treating addiction not on general mental healthcare.
Some things never change. This place is one of them. If anything it just "rebranded" itself, cleaned up it's act for a hot minute and went right back to keeping people sick. Smh. Jasper Indiana is doomed.
I was seeing a therapist at Lifespring. Very happy with her. She changed offices. I tried a couple of different therapists and wanted strongly to go back to my original. I found out she transferred to Paoli. I called in… October and was told all that needed done was my paperwork transferred. Now, I am TOLD efforts were made to contact me. I have been severely depressed for well over a year. My condition continues to deteriorate. I EAGERLY awaited a callback. Daily. The holiday comes and goes. I called to get status and was told my case was closed Nov 7. I was very unhappy. When I receive a call back from a very curt and matter-of-fact 'Becky', I am told she made EVERY EFFORT to call me back and I never responded. She said it looks like in her nots it was on October 17. Okay. So "EVERY EFFORT" is one call on the 17th? I do not believe I missed a call from LifeSpring as I have been holding my breath awaiting the return call to see Vivian again... especially with the holiday season approaching. So, this means intake again. A mess again as it was when I started. Waiting. Waiting. And, I continue to be lost. And, all the office manager kept CURTLY EXPERSSING was that "I made every effort to contact you". Very, very defensive t the point that I strongly believe she did not. And, if she DID, one call on 10/17 and closing your case on 11/7 does not seem like MUCH EFFORT when you are dealing with individuals needing mental health assistance. The office manager should possess SOME empathy ... and, in my personal opinion ... not be a liar.
I love my experience with my therapist and my psychiatrist thank you
Makayla is wonderful and caring 🫶 Dr Pfister is very kind and understanding thank you all so much for helping me 🙏
For some reason the good ones never seem to stay around, leading those who need help stuck in therapy with those who honestly could care less....
This is my second visit to these doctors offices😓, I so so very much wish that I could have had a better first review😊, but,oh well opinions are like YOU KNOW WHAT-everyone has one-😀😀 because this health & mental care… facility is top notch - the best you're going to find anywhere - a very very well ran place for the people with problems - and best of all their doctors are the best I have ever met or seen LET ALONE talked to. I give it two stars on this second visit and I shouldn't have left that because I didn't even get to have my visit with the doctor because I was 10 minutes late- I ran out of gas about a mile and a half away from their office 😨, THE ONLY REASON I LEAVE THEM TWO STARS IS BECAUSE THE DOORS ARE ALL LOCKED AND NO CARS ARE IN THE PARKING LOT AND THE VERY LEAST THEY COULD HAVE CALLED ME 5 MINUTES AFTER 1:30 AND MADE SURE I WAS OKAY AND STILL COMING 🥵, IT IS TOTALLY NOT THEIR FAULT,,, it is mine for being late, because late is late even if it's only one minute - or one second for that matter lol 😊🌺. My hopes and prayers are that they will call me after their lunch break and hopefully reschedule me as soon appointment in the next day or two if nothing is available today 😊😀😀, Life springs Health is way way way way way better - I mean aWHOLE lot better than Southern hills Treatment Center or counseling Center whatever - in my personal opinion they were money GRUBBERS who did not ever giving me even the least helpful treatment/advice/technics/medical/health/care☠️. But I was extremely glad to hear that Life springs was coming into our town and so far I have not been let down too much at all 😀 matter of fact this is just my personal thoughts and opinion at this time so please folks take my word for it when I say that this is a GREAT & AWESOME medical treatment system to come to for mental health problems and also drug addiction problems & any health problems you may have I believe lol 😊. Hope everyone is having a great day and a great life/I wish I was lol
2 Month waiting period for an intake assessment. Do not go here if you need any mental health services.
My daughter was referred by the school. We filled out all the Registration paper work. There wasn't anybody there to do the intake when we arrived. Had us come back the next week at 8am to do the intake. Then tell is we… have to wait until 10am that morning making us wait a hour an half. This place is totally ridiculous. The whole place is a joke. They have changed anything in 36 yrs since there were called southern hills counseling.
While the therapists, Cassie, is excellent, they can’t seem to keep front desk staff long enough to get anything in order from billing old insurance to not knowing we’ve signed the correct paperwork for release of… information. The whole place seems like a circus.
I would not recommend this place at all they will rip you off and take your money. For the last year their system has been messed up and tried to charge me many times. I have paid my co-pays every time I got in there… and they then turn around and say I owe them money when I don't. This place is a joke they do not care about you at all only their money stay away.
The first appointment you make is solely for payment info. No big deal I was willing to brush that off an wait another month to be seen by their therapists. I was told my first session would be 2 hours so as to meet my… therapist and get to building a relationship with her as therapy is best practiced in comfort. I arrived for my appointment, waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and was met with a total of 30 minutes answering a questionare on her computer. She took a personal cellphone call in those 30 minutes. She looked up from her phone long enough to tell me that I would have to see a therapist there 6 times before I could see a psychiatrist about any medication, essentially making medication a dirty word. Needless to say I wont be returning. This facility is a joke and its employees need a wake up call, and not to answer it during session.
There is absolutely NO reliable doctor available if you have any issues with medication in between 6 week scheduled appointments. No one cares if you have any issues or problems regarding therapists, doctors, or case… workers. You are seen as a chart, a file number and an insurance check....period!
Dont tell you everything you need to know up front had to reschedule because of lack of proper information
Charge WAY MORE THAN POSTED RATES
This place is all about money, not healing! There are the few that I've met recently who's hearts are in the right place, but the administration has to be run by ghouls. You WILL NOT be seen unless you're ready to pay… an outstanding fee for less than an hour, if you don't have good healthcare, and the majority of their clients are legally required by law which probably is why they're always screwed up on schedules. It's sad really that people that really could benefit from therapy have to suffer cuz of the inability to afford it or there just isn't enough room because of the revolving doors of individual offenders who are mandated to go whether they can afford it or not.
