When I went in to Transformations Care, I was hopeless. I am now so full of hope and know that because of the treatment I received there I am going to be OK. In 2021 after 31 years I hit a speed bump! 11 months later God provided me with an opportunity to straighten things out through Transformations care! They where not what I wanted, however God must have felt it's what I… needed for 10 months. Michelle is the real deal may you be as fortunate as I've been.

This place has helped me immensely. The staff has shown me more love, support and patience than any other treatment center I've ever been to and unfortunately I've been to a lot. I've had access to see a therapist,… doctor, psychiatrist and the group therapy has really helped me. If you're looking for a place where the staff really cares about you and understands what you're going through this is it. I highly recommend TCI. They saved my life.

This place is Wonderfu!!! I would recommend it to anyone struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They offer much love and support no matter what. The group facilitators also… understand and go out of their way to include any client dealing with any type of trauma or PTSD as well. This is paramount on dealing with addiction. They're also very well versed on physical withdrawal and do their best to accommodate clients and help them through this stage as comfortably as possible. The care and knowledge here is top-notch and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe mellow place to get well. I finally feel that I have the mental and emotional skills to move on with my life thanks to this establishment. After the end of my 30-day as the resident here I feel I gained a new family.

Grateful to find a treatment program that made me feel supported and comfortable! Staff and clinical professionals were open-minded and assertive! They showed me respect and love in a time where my life was… unmanageable. I highly recommend their services for recovery with addiction. I learned more about myself and acceptance during this time than I have in the past decade!

What a blessing! The staff…or should I say my new friends….were fantastic. I felt like I was part of a loving family. Firm yet patient…just what I needed. In addition to the care, chef Yevette, prepares something new… and delicious for every meal. Snacks galore!

I can not speak highly enough about my experience with TCI. I saw for the first time with striking clarity where my life was headed should I continue to drink the way that I was for well over a decade. Instead of… awaiting rock-bottom to come for me, I made the call not knowing what to expect. This ordinary looking suburban house is organized, and thoughtful; and made what I thought was going to be a scary experience, easy and palatable. I considered myself at the time desperately in need of direction, information, counseling, and community and that is exactly what was provided for me. Not to mention the wonderful onsite chef that helped add a few well needed pounds on me during my detox and reset. If you pay attention, and truly want to take the first step in welcoming your potential, you will leave here with a battle plan and a plethora of tools to aid you in your fight. This place was amazing not only saved my life but it saved my wife’s life who is addicted to fentanyl.. this place handle us with care and compassion as a husband and wife and the staff was amazing understanding and… kind. willing to work with any individual needs you have they will help you with… I ended up in the hospital and the owner of the place picked me up from the hospital at 2 o’clock in the morning who does that?!!! He could’ve sent one of his staff or Uber but he took the time out of his family life to make sure I was OK and to pick me up that’s just a kind of place they are if you have an addiction and you need help there is no better place than transformation cares!!! Out of one to 10 I will give this place 100 and I’ve been an addict for 37 years.. We came from a town five hours away and they did everything they could to accommodate us it was a beautiful experience and saved my wife’s life and my own I cannot say enough about this place if you are a need go to transformation cares they will take care of you!!!! They genuinely care ..they genuinely cry with you and laugh with you.. And I am a convict been to prison my whole life and for me to say this about this place says Volumes.. The supervisor of the facility talks to my wife daily and my wife has her personal number that’s how much they care!!! I Really wish I could give them more than just five stars because they deserve it…thank you from the bottom of my heart…Michael Jewell

Transformations Care is an amazing rehabilitation center! The residential house is very clean, air conditioned, has lots of snacks, an incredible chef named Yvette, and a nice backyard with lots of flowers and… succulents. It is the perfect setting to learn, relax, recharge and most importantly recover. In addition to the many amenities , the staff is wonderful, caring, and very helpful. The co-founders, Roman and Paul, are super generous and go out of their way to make sure that we get back on our feet properly. One really awesome thing they do is every Friday night we all go to a meeting and fellowship afterwards for dinner at a cool restaurant! The lovely Michelle is in charge of the outpatient program and is super helpful and really cares about our recovery! She taught lots of helpful groups including relapse prevention, health & wellness, Intention setting, conflict resolution, and so much more. She really helped me throughout my recovery and was always super thoughtful and kind. At the residential house, the staff was incredible! Laurent was an amazing counselor and taught me lots of valuable information, while always keeping a smile on his face. Alicia was my case manager and was always super helpful and taught me so many tools and techniques to succeed. Debbie was amazing and always made sure we had a good time during our recovery. She helped me get into Transformations Care and made sure that all my insurance and disability papers were handled properly. Lennon led the best groups and always had awesome stories to share and great advice! Overall, the staff at Transformations Care really wants to see you change for the better and grow. They genuinely want you to recover and are willing to go the extra mile for you with a positive attitude!

My experience at this facility was absolutely fantastic & unique. I would recommend TCI without a thought! Staff & Counselors here are very involved in your recovery and only want you to succeed. 5/5

Transformations is one of only a few facilities that exist in the South Bay. The owners, admissions staff, and other support staff are amazing. They are active members of the AA community and they genuinely care about… the people that come through their program. If you have a loved one or you yourself need help, this is an ethical and personalized down to earth approach with real people who have a passion for recovery and saving lives.

An accommodating staff with a diverse background specializing in both detoxification and initial care for a variety of substance issues up to and including suboxone w/d. Post three years of following my primary… physicians protocol I had been seeking a means to step off of buprenorphine with some strong apprehension based on prior experiences as well as numerous articles ultimately describing the experience as beyond strenuous both physically and mentally for multiple months consecutive to stepping off the medication. While TCI''s medical staff had some experience with the type of medical care needed for the step down, accommodations were made to not only cater to an elongated taper to step off of a 32mg daily dosage, my stay was extended ensuring that I would be able to exit as comfortably as could be possible while ensuring I was to leave no longer on the medication. Given my preliminary apprehension I am happy to say while grueling in some regard the totality of the step down was far less difficult than initially expected. Many thanks to the treatment team and the compassion, kindness and understanding exhibited by all that make up the team. In a sea of treatment centers and medical detox centers TCI has the right ingredients to provide acute care to anyone seeking freedom from any substance or medication. Highly Recommended.

Transformations is a great place to get on your feet if you actually want to be clean. If uou don't actually want to get sober and on your feet then don't waste anyone's time. TCI is cut to the chase. Being in and out… of recovery myself I haven't been able to dig and dive and figure out what I needed to do. 10/10 highly recommend, nothing will work if you don't actually want change your life.

A family by choice. Roman, Paul, Kendal, Michelle, Cecily and Anoush💝⚓️. Transformations is where I was given suggestions and the tools I needed to find myself! A place where it was suggested to me to “BE HONEST”. Best… suggestion I have ever followed. TCI is a place where I learned to trust perfect strangers that wanted nothing from me other than to see me succeed in a clean and sober life. My journey began with a painful admission to my daughter that “I felt unimportant and that I didn’t matter” followed with many phone calls until i was connected with Kendal and Michelle. Those voices on the other end of the phone gave me the encouragement I needed to walk through the front door and get the guidance I needed. Transformations became a safe place where I was able to be completely honest another person without judgment. Eight and a half months later the family at Transformations is a part of my heart... An amazing group of people that truly care and support me in my ongoing success in my life. I know without a doubt “I matter and I am important “ thanks to my Transformations family for giving me that sense of self I didn’t know I was capable of feeling. 🤗😘

I had been struggling with alcohol for many many years. I had been to another rehab facility & it didn't work for me. I got drunk the first night out. Transformations offers such a personalized, & genuinely caring… atmosphere. I feel like a part of their recovery family now & attend meetings multiple times a week with the owners & staff. The on-going support is phenomenal & they truly care about you staying sober. I would highly recommend Transformations over any other facility.. it has been vital for my sobriety!

These people have not only saved my life twice now; but have become my brothers and sisters in the fellowships outside of their facility. One of the owners checks in with me almost daily. And not because it’s his job,… but because he truly wants to see people get better. I’ve been to a lot of treatment centers, not something I like to admit. But if the people that represent this company could somehow make us succeed they would gladly shut their doors to do so. I have no family in California, or at least I didn’t before coming through TCI. They have helped me navigate affordable dental procedures, helped me get reintroduced to peers in meetings. And would let me meet with a sponsor whenever worked for me and that sponsor. The food is amazing, and the experience, although never easy, is something I have lasting gratitude for. They really are people who want to help. I highly recommend this facility whether your a newcomer or returning.
