Crossroads Treatment Center – Ringgold

I am new to crossroads but my first visit was very successful the counselors are very helpful caring considerate and understanding staff is understanding and caring and the nurse practitioner is very helpful… understanding and caring they really help me a lot understand a lot more better

This place is a godsend! The staff is amazing. Some of the nicest, sweetest people you'll meet. They make the process smooth and easy and so, so welcoming. If you need help, this is the place to go. 🙏😁

The place is always nice and clean, the women at the pay window are always very nice, all of the counselors that I've been with or had experiences with have always been nice and helpful, Dr. Adeshina is always very nice… and helpful and really easy to talk to, the nurse is also very nice and does a great job, the woman that checks your blood pressure is always very caring, and I've never had anyone be rude or disrespectful towards me. Would definitely recommend.

It is definitely an awesome place to help you get your life back on track and they give their all to help you keep it that way....

Crossroads is AMAZING and they truly saved my life! And my counselor Ellaina is the sweetest, most understanding woman I've ever met! I love talking to her and having her as a safe space! Joy, the receptionist is a… sweetheart and is very helpful, and the dosing nurses are the BEST and so caring! I am always in good hands at Crossroads, that I will always believe! For anyone looking to start recovery treatment, this is the best place to come! They will treat you with so much respect here! Thank you for everything you guy's do🩷

Great place to start ur life back as u once had control of. Megan is my fave counselor by far since my time there and hope to continue with during this journey.

I've been a patient for 4 years there... Love the staff, very clean and orderly! Open 5 days/wk from 5am till 10am and on Saturday from 6:30am till 9am closed on Sundays. It's a Methadone only facility and it has saved… my life!!! Update…. It’s now been 12yrs and I’m still going strong! Crossroads has done an amazing service and I wouldn’t change a thing!

This place saved my life. However without my ex counselor “Kimberly Nivens” I hope I spelled that right … know how special she is to do all she does is amazing and she is an angel!!! She’s the reason soooo many people… are sober!!!!

I have been going here for almost 10 years. I've guest dosed at one other place but this place is my comfort zone. They are truly there for me on a personal level, not just because it's their job. They have seen my ups… and downs, Seen most of my children grow. And has supported me. If you are having issues with addiction and are thinking about going to a methadone clinic this is the place for you. BUT, only if you absolutely cannot get sober cold turkey, if you're able to, then just go to therapy and n/a meetings . I recommend that instead . Methadone is obviously very hard to get off of too, but they will guide you and help. It's better then being dead or in jail . Good luck!

It’s a great place to start if u wanna get your life back. You have to want to stop doing the bad habits that u let yourself start doing. I know some of us had accidents and the medicines came along with the trauma. But… if u really want your life back this clinic will work if u do what u r supposed to do and Pray to the Lord and means this too. My Prayers go up and out to everyone that has this really bad addiction sickness. God Bless Y’all all🙏

This is the only place I would go I would not go to any other place. They're very professional and caring and I enjoyed being here.

I would recommend this place to EVERYONE needing help. They are very helpful & care for everyone! They treat you like a person then just some loser addict. They are beyond amazing! I’ve never been anywhere before that… I’ve felt so cared for and HEARD ! They actually listen and understand what you’re talking about! Please don’t give up trying to get clean , go to crossroads! They will offer you the best help ! And treat you like a human that’s just having a rough time instead of just another “useless junkie” and actually want to see you succeed in life!!!

The staff at crossroads in ringold are awesome! I have been going for treatment 8 years now and wouldn’t ever dream of not going to crossroads in ringold! Although they are having some staffing issues for some time!!… They are definitely needing nurses an having an extra docter would be nice to speed things along! The wait when it’s crowded because of this ongoing issue has lost them a lot of patients I’ve noticed
