This office deserves much love! The care is wonderful, and I appreciate how much effort goes into keeping everything running and helping patients get what they need. The office manager is absolutely wonderful at what he… does. He puts so much into this office, and I wanted to give him some well deserved recognition. So grateful for everyone here!

I’ve been a patient here for a few years… and this office is awesome! They always help me get in when needed…. and do everything they can when I need something last minute. A special thank you to Sy who is the best and… always takes to help me get things figured out, even when he’s busy. I’m truly thankful for him and this whole team!

I’ve been coming here for four years now, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this office!! They have been so wonderful to me, and I’m incredibly thankful to have a team I can count on. Everyone is so… kind and thoughtful, and they have helped me with so much over the years. They always help me get an appointment scheduled, and whenever something comes up or I need help with something last minute, they do everything they can to help me get it taken care of. I know those requests add more to an already busy day, and I appreciate so much that they still take the time to help. When you’re overwhelmed and have a million things going on, having someone be patient and willing to work with you means more than you can explain. I especially want to mention Sy (Phillip), the office manager, because he deserves SO much appreciation. He is just absolutely wonderful. He’s kind, helpful, and always willing to take the time to figure things out with you. I’m sure there is so much he handles behind the scenes, but the care he puts into helping patients is something I’ve personally experienced and am so thankful for. I hope he knows how much his kindness and effort mean to the people he helps! The providers and the rest of the staff are wonderful, too. After four years, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to see how they treat their patients and handle things that come up, and there is a reason I’ve continued coming here. I trust them, I appreciate them, and I feel so fortunate to have found this office. Thank you all for being so good to me over the years, for helping with the last minute things, and for always being so kind in the process. I know I probably don’t say it enough, but it means so much. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for people who truly care about their patients! ❤️

This place really safe my life every body is in there is like family my name is lashonda clay if anyone struggling with and addiction this the place to go and I love my doctor she's great

Hands down the best office i have ever been to. Staff is friendly, proficient and runs like a well oiled machine. Staff greets you by name and gets you in immediately. Office is always spotless and comfortable. If there… is an issue Cyi is quick to rise to the occasion and works some real miracles. Jennifer is friendly and proficient and always makes sure you comfortable. The doctors are amazing and take the time to speak to to ensure all of your needs are being met. This office has exceeded my expectations in every way. I wish I could give more stars for extra credit. This office should set the standard for all offices to be run with kindness, compassion and proficiency. I highly recommend it. I wish I could give more stars for extra credit. These employees work hard and take pride in all they do. Exactly what you want in a doctors office.

I have been at this office for over a year now and I truly have nothing to complain about. For years I struggled with finding a psychiatrist in an office that didn’t feel like such a “hospital” experience. Going here, I… truly felt welcomed with open arms and truly able to open up about myself to get the help I really needed. Thank you all at Pathway for all that you have done and continue to do for me!

I haven’t had my actual therapist appointment yet, but I am beyond excited to start! I can say for a fact I think it’s safe to say it’s a family here and I am here for it! All the ladies so far have been so lovely, but… especially Deshell! She remembered me day one and is absolutely precious personality and attitude alike! She is so kind and welcoming and I already feel so safe here. I am SO thrilled to call this place my home. I can already recommend!

The staff here is amazing! They make me feel like family every time I’ve came in! De’shell is so sweet and helpful! Jennifer is very friendly and sweet! I just love Sy also! They have made my experience great. They have… met and went above and beyond my expectations.

It has been a while since I was there and it was for sure my last visit, I made sure to tell the VA to cancel my referral and why. When I had my appointment, I was in the waiting room, and before I could even finish… filling out my info on the tablet, I was called back by a lady and taken to a manager’s office (I later found out the lady was the Doctor assigned to me). Once in the office the lady just flat accused me of being rude in the waiting room, she said, “we don’t tolerate rude behavior), which confused the hell out of me, and when I told her that I literally said very few words to the desk worker and did not think I said anything that could be mistaken for rude, she said, “it's not always about what you say...” This sent me spiraling because I had no clue what I did and I still don’t know because I didn’t even want to argue because all I could think is how bad I wanted out of there and I suddenly felt trapped, but I stayed because I drove all the way from Huntsville. The lady (doctor) had me finish my intake questions with a nurse, which I had to pause and walk away and cry, I couldn’t even answer her question because I was spiraling from being accused of something I didn’t do. When the doctor (same lady) finally saw me I pretty much just stared blankly out the window almost the entire time and she didn’t even mention it; here I am with a mental health doctor that falsely accused me of being rude and then when I clearly was “checked out” she did not even care. To the potential patients considering Pathway Health (yes I left “care” off Healthcare because clearly they don’t care), I highly encourage you to find another place, I’ve honestly never been to any physician, mental health or otherwise, and felt worse when I left than when I arrived.

Everyone here is so wonderful. They are the kindest, sweetest people I’ve ever met in any medical office. They are thorough and quick with getting me in and out every time, almost to the point where I wish it would take… longer just so I can spend a little more time talking with the people that work there. I have nothing but great things to say about them all!

I have yet to be seen with this location. But, I can tell it deserves the quantity of stars it needs based on the 1st impression I received from Deshell. Deshell help schedule my initial appointments and was genuinely… kind, easy to speak with and provide a professional decorum that I have not seen or heard in a long time. Key takeaway: When she was actively inputting information, she kept me engaged and in the know of her next steps throughout the new patient appointment process. She was the exemplary of what Customer Service sounds and feels like.

Tiffany, Jasmine, Jennifer, and Sy have been like a treatment fam. We r all just cogs in the big machine, and I can tell they want to help better the lives of their patients/clients, myself included, as much as is in… their power. That's the best one can ask from a provider of mental health, right? Jasmine is an especially gifted therapist who defines "good listener". It's scary how easily the walls I have put up are picked up and put to the side for later use by the environment of safe communication she provides. If u want to start making meaningful changes happen, the combo of Jasmine's spoken therapy sessions and Tiffany's med management are a potent ally in the fight to find a way to stay alive each and every day. I highly recommend this team for your mental health needs.

Our initial visit to Pathway was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, Deshell at the front desk was welcoming, Jennifer the patient advocate was wonderful, and Sy the office manager kept everything… running smoothly. The Nurse Practitioner, Lindsay, was phenomenal. Everyone went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced with medical staff in the past. For the first time in a long time, I now have hope for the future. Thank you to this incredible team for your exceptional care.

Fix your website and stop giving people false hope. It says all over that you take Medicaid. I finally felt hope just to have it ripped away.

Pathways is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I’ve been going for a few years now and I’ve never felt so cared about and treated so well as I do when I go for my appointments. I’ve had many many appointment and every single one… has been amazing. The Dr’s are Amazing, Sy, The Office Manager is Amazing, Jennifer, the only person I know who could do 10 things at once and remember it all is So Very Amazing and I just started doing counseling with Courtney who is also Amazing. I’ve been in counseling off and on for 30 years and I’ve never once enjoyed my counseling sessions. They were dreaded and I just didn’t feel connected to any of them over the years. I’ve had 3-4 appointments with Courtney and He is Amazing. I felt a great connection with him and I honestly can’t wait for my next appointment with him. The time flys during my appointment and I feel so much better after my appointment. If your looking for an AMAZING group of Dr’s, Staff, Counselors, etc.. This is the place to go. The knowledge, the compassion, the love, The communication is all a 10 ⭐️’s. Thank You Pathways for never judging me and always treating me as if I’m the most important patient you have.
