Complete Healthcare – Pickerington Detox and Rehab Services
Complete Healthcare – Pickerington appears on the register for partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.
Both conditions are treated in parallel, which is what the research supports. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Complete Healthcare – Pickerington Address, Location and Contact Information
670 Hill Road North, Pickerington, Ohio, 43147 is the address held. The city lies within Fairfield County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Relapse prevention training was deeply practical. We practiced coping strategies, stress reduction techniques, and trigger management scenarios in role-play. Leaving, I took home a customized, realistic plan to navigate… challenges—with tools and confidence I still rely on every day.
Pickerington’s transparency and clarity stood out. Every step—rationale behind therapy, medication, or aftercare—was explained. Knowing why decisions were made and what to expect helped alleviate anxiety. Their honesty… fostered trust and kept me on track through every phase of treatment.
Medication-assisted treatment was explained thoroughly and without judgment. My doctor took time to discuss options, side effects, and monitoring steps. That patient-led clarity made me feel respected and in control,… allowing me to use every tool available to support my sobriety.
Coordination between therapists, medical staff, and support personnel was seamless at Pickerington. Regular team meetings and clear communication ensured I always understood what was happening. This cohesive, team-based… model gave me confidence that everyone was invested in my progress and success.
From intake to aftercare, the center provides exceptional support. The staff are attentive and truly understand the challenges of addiction. Thanks to them, I’ve started a new chapter in life.
Super kind staff and a very welcoming environment !
If you’re looking for a place that truly listens and guides you step by step, this is it. My family also got involved in the process, which helped us heal together.
I truly appreciated the follow-up and aftercare. Pickerington’s team reached out consistently post-discharge, offering alumni resources, check-ins, and community support. That continued involvement reinforced my… commitment and reminded me I’m part of an ongoing recovery network, not just a past participant.
Had a good experience!!!!would recommend it to my friends.
I have been going here for 3 years. They got rid of their best doctor (Ian) replaced him with Dr. KEV. Raven is no longer at the front desk instead some idiot...I have private insurance and have given the thousands… ..today my fsa card wouldn't work and they turned me away for 350. Really? That's what a practice does on an intake? Do better...especially for those paying oop.
The environment here was so peaceful and healing. It gave me the clarity I needed to focus on my recovery. The staff’s compassion and professionalism reassured me every step of the way. I’m leaving here with confidence… and a stronger sense of self.
This clinic is a joke. I was specifically told and dragged on for weeks to help me with something else. Then, after the nurse's vacation, the doctor spent a week dodging me, saying, "Just waiting on his signature,"… that's all I kept hearing. I call one morning asking when can we start my other plan & after over a month she had a different nurse or receptionist call & tell me oh I'm sorry but we can't do that here. I said the head nurse doesn't know what is or isn't offered there. Staff act nice but they're just at a horrible place of employment. That doctor is a piece of work i specifically had an appointment to speak with him drove clear to Cleveland Ave. to speak with him. Instead a nurse comes & just pulls me into a room and said, "I'm sorry this usually doesn't happen but it can't be fixed". (This is a separate incident BTW) I was cut in half with no warning & protocol is 10mg drop a day or week i can't remember but OSU THANK GOD FOR THEM they said that wasn't protocol when I went to ER. I got my methadone straightened out at OSU & they helped me with the other situation & I went back to community health care clinic they're #1 they're working with me on my medications & i have a great counselor. The only reason I switched clinics because I thought they offered other services that would be good. I never did a group & never saw a counselor in person at complete healthcare. The lady that did call 1x a week for 10 mins if that. She was very nice but so overwhelmed with a heavy case load. But they just check in say hey how are u ect. No real therapy for 30mins or an hour. I went through hell with this place the doctor is all about $ he does cosmetic procedures still has signs up that it's a gynecologist office its all very odd & definitely not following protocols correctly I hope all the staff find better jobs & the patients find a better place. You want a place that actually cares. I never talked to that man once! Professionals in the field that I've spoken to about him all say he's bad news and greedy. The staff there were all nice mostly except Tish who kept pushing me off they really deserve a better boss & pay!
At the Pickerington office the reception woman Summer is awesome. She has solves so many issues and is a thankless hero. Really the whole team is great. However she has stood out. So thank you Summer
The guided nature walks provided a peaceful setting to reflect and heal. Complete Healthcare incorporates nature into the recovery process.
The center is modern, clean, and designed with recovery in mind. The calming atmosphere made it easier to focus on my treatment.
I was terrified of detox, but the team made it a safe and supportive experience. Their constant care made all the difference.
Great clinic! They've worked with me so much despite me giving them a heck of a time lol. Seriously great staff, awesome location (with multiple locations available to dose methedone and different options for time… frames) much better than Maryhaven!
**WOWwww… So, I went to give an updated review, & as it turns out, EVIDENTLY, I DIDN’T EVEN POST MY FIRST ONE🤣😭🤦♀️🤷♀️!! LOL! Dang Google, just a-hangin on, awaiting the “post” button to just get clicked already. So… ANYways, I’m gonna just go ahead and keep the previous one there, as I stand by what I expressed back then😌; the only difference is that Doctor Kopp has left since then, which was certainly a bummer. Dr Madison & Dr Keff (potentially incorrect spelling👀) are mainly who I see (oh yes, Raven is still there 💪), but as a longtime patient, I’ve met all of the wonderful staff, & yes, they are just that— just so *friendly, yet *no chicanery*, encouraging/uplifting (I mean sincerely!!), helpful, attentive (yet, like, super fast!!! Very very quick!), CLEAN (trying to think of things that people look for when checking reviews)— it’s just such a warm & organically positive/uplifting environment… The counselors are so different—they actually care to remember you, despite meeting with hundreds of patients throughout the week—Ms Toria, Ms Lacey, & Ms Cameron have been there for me with the patient ears I’ve needed as I’ve talked their ears off😬, as well as have provided me with wise counsel & encouragement that’s never thrown me off when I’ve put their advice into practice, or adopted the mindset they’ve encouraged/reminded me to have… They *meet me where I’m at*, as the phrase goes, & over these 5 years, neither Ms Lacey nor Ms T (the 2 I mainly talk to) have held back if something about my attitude or perspective needs *checked*… You don’t find that in counselors just anywhere, you know? Nursing staff is also beyond exceptional! This is the first time, in my almost 40 years of life, I’ve experienced a medical place/doctor’s office, whether by phone or when I walk in, where I’ve never felt nervous or self-conscious or judged by my past or based on the reason I’m being seen. Never had that before. Chanice (I know I’m butchering that spelling too 🥴), Raven (oh my lands…RAVEN🫶🤓!!!), & every single one I’ve met here at the Picktown location has legit brightened my day, and they are each so down to earth, personable, HELPFUL, on top of things, and honestly, my spirit is just absolutely delighted to see any of them, lol especially Raven, even if I’m boutta annoy her 🙃… This place is full up with just downright all-around GOOD PEOPLE 🙏 🙌— I’d you’re looking for a new GP, OB-GYNO, or addiction recovery DR—if you’re feeling especially uncomfortable about reaching out for help with your recovery/addiction, this place (& a little bit of Jesus👀… can I say that? 🤷♀️ I’m just sayin!!) may just be the answer for you!!!! THERE!!! AT LAST, THIS SUCKER IS SUBMITTED!! BOOM!! (5/4/24) _____________________________________________ I’ve been a patient for almost a year and a half here… I could not ever say enough about this place & the people in it (Doc Kopp and Raven and Nurse Dee especially); they are encouraging, helpful, & SO patient (with my squirreliness, that’s saying a lot👀🥴🥲). It is so evident that they actually care about each individual here. 11/10 recommended!!! 💖
This place and dr. saved my life. Hands down amazing place to go to recover and re find yourself!
Clean office great service and care. Doctor is kind and caring. Will continue being a patient. My voice is always heard.
This clinic is absolutely unprofessional and very negligent when it comes to the care of patients. They treat everybody differently when it comes to the same issue/situation. The counselors are nothing but drama and… like to gossip about the clients. There have only been 2 counselors I have met that have NOT acted in such a manor. The receptionist are rude and act unprofessional, I don't think any of them are actual medical assistants. I could say a lot more. But I'll leave it at that! 1 star, because 0 isn't an option! EDIT: I was treated in a very disgusting and despicable manner. My rights as a patient/client were violated. I was also asked to take down this review which is a violation of my right to freedom of speech under the first amendnent; Constitution of the United States of America. There is a lot more I could add to this review, but I'm not going to waste anymore of my time on this place! EDIT #2: I attended this clinic for over a year, their reply to my review is appalling. They know exactly who I am. The pot calling the kettle black, they harassed ME while I was using the RESTROOM! I walked in the restroom bc I had to go. I turned the water on to let it heat up to wash my hands afterwards because it takes a min for the water there to get warm. Well not even 60 seconds of it being on, someone from up front comes around the corner and yells to me while I'm in there "Why is the water running, are you okay?" I reply yes im just fine, I'm using the bathroom, and she says "Doc says you can't run the water to use the bathroom" and I said excuse me!? So then I go into get my medicine, low and behold Dr Samuel is dosing. So I said "what does it matter what I'm doing in the restroom, and I needed the water on to go and to wash my hands!" And he says and I quote, "Why do you need the water on to pee when you're alone? And you're wasting water. You have a problem if you need to run the water to pee and you need to see a urologist", very rudely and degrading of a Dr to speak to a patient in such a manner. I left there completely SICK. My anxiety through the roof. I cried for literal HOURS. This clinic has made my mental health even worse. And there's a lot more I could say but we'll just leave it at that!
This place saved my life. They got me in IMMEDIATELY and got me on life saving medication and into counseling within the hour of me reaching out at like 7 in the morning. I love the staff and the Dr. Kef. Thank God I… found this place and its like 3 minutes from home. They even have their own pharmacy which delivers my medication same day. I love it bc they have a close relationship with my Dr. and are able to get prior auths and communicate extremely easily.
Pretty sad that my wife was going here and had come back from group or dosing in tears on more than one occasion because of gossip and drama from staff! Then was treated like absolute trash and yelled at over running… water in the bathroom like what kind of male doctor listens to his female patients using the bathroom!? Then come to find out another clinic proceeds to tell me they don't even know how they are still open from horror stories from other patients.
I just had to post about the most wonderful visit to the drs office. First scheduling was pleasant and easy. On the day of my visit I encountered wonder reception and sign in and the staff was warm and friendly. Dr… Samuel , well he’s awesome!! I encourage any woman looking for a womens care to schedule and enjoy being treated with the dignity we all have long desired and deserve. Thank you so very much!!
She is EXCELLENT!!! I truly enjoy working with her when I come in… she’s very informative and knows her job!!!!!
AMAZING STAFF!!! 👏 Great place to start if anyone is thinking about taking that first step. It feels like all of the patients and staff are one big family!
Dr Samuel is always, professional, attentive, and does a wonderful job. I never have to wait long he has me in and out. The office is clean lots of parking and in a nice area. Will definitely recommend him to friends… and family.
