I can’t say enough how different this place is. All the staff and the facilities are on point. The staff here treats you like a person, not just another number.

Hope Valley is a breath of fresh air. They really care about you. In my experience I had a death in my family and they helped me through the whole process. I was able to show up for my family sober and have a safe place… to go after. Normally that would take you out of treatment but not here. The mens phase 2 building is awesome. Thank you. Jen, Cheyenne, Kasey, Corey, Jeff, Otis, Liz, Kim, Jacob, Kyle, Natalie and the countless other staff. Thank God for this program.

This place saved my life the level of care and the commitment of staff to the clients is TOP TIER. Would recommend to anyone looking to start their journey in recovery or anyone trying to get back on track in there… recovery journey 🫶🏻🔥

This is great place with great people I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else for help

Came here for detox but ended up leaving AMA before going to Phase 2 due to extreme anxiety. I've got to say though this place is amazing. Comfortable beds, Roku tvs in every room, understanding staff. For someone… "phone-addicted" like me they gave great options for distractions. Thank you everyone who worked there for helping me get off alcohol before it got worse. I had no problems how the staff handled things, some frustrations but all was understandable. 10/10 recommend. I somewhat regret leaving but I'm certain on not continuing to be an alcoholic.

Hope Valley Recovery has saved my life. I was Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally and Physically broken when I got here. They helped give me the courage to work through my traumas that I was running from and using… substances to avoid. I finally found peace and I am building a life I truly love. The staff is amazing, and genuinely loved and cared for every client that comes here.

Had a very good experience at detox here, no cell phones which was hard at first but I think is really for the best you have to stop and focus on yourself and your recovery. Moving onto a different program, if I didn’t… have a small child I definitely would stay for phase 2, I think it’s a great place lot of good sobriety to be found here.

Dave lied straight to my face,Thank you Mariah ❤️. Hope Valley is not a one size fits all.I told you from day one what my plans were.I almost felt like you were trying to force me to stay there. Because of what I… experienced, I do not recommend your facility. The food was good.

I came to hope valley on 4/20/2026 detox was very comfortable and ALL staff are truly full of love and compassion and take there job very seriously because they do care. I went to phase 2 and completed it and I must say… if you are stuck in addiction and you want to change and are willing to try this is the place for you all I had to do is accept to myself that I had a problem and that I wanted help , hope valley taught me the tools that I carry with me today to be sober and to love myself so I can love others . Don't give up we all are worth it

I came to Hope Valley Recovery after losing myself and losing my fiancé. I was broken, grieving, and unsure of how to move forward. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with genuine love, compassion,… and acceptance. The staff didn’t just help me get sober—they helped me find a new way of life. They taught me the importance of community, connection, and healing. When I couldn’t love myself, they loved and supported me until I was strong enough to begin believing in myself again. I have been to multiple treatment centers, but nothing compares to the care, dedication, and family atmosphere at Hope Valley Recovery. This place gave me hope when I had none and helped free me from the bondage of self. I will forever be grateful for the role Hope Valley Recovery played in saving my life and helping me become the person I am today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This place Changed my life it is very well kept clean always something to do everyone genuinely cares about your recovery the staff is amazing the food is amazing I highly recommend hope valley they will meet all your… treatment needs the nurses are great I have nothing but positive things to say about this program it is such a blessing to have places like hope valley they were there for me when I needed them most on more then one occasion and I'm now 1 year and 3 months sober thanks for being the beginning of my sober journey

this is the best rehab I have ever been to the people and the clients are wonderful and very welcoming, and they help you every step of the way I highly recommend this place and I’ve been into three different rehab.… They give you all the coping tools you need to get through each day

This place has helped save my life. The staff are awesome and really care about you. I've personally got 9 years locked up in prison and been a addict since 13. They have done the most for me and will do it for you to.… You ain't gotta fight alone no more.

My son is there and started only a few dayd ago. I pray he stays for the entire program. After seeing the reviews and looking what they offer this is where I feel he can finally get the help he needs. Praying he sees it… through....

I have a special place in my heart for H.V. I have never felt a sense of family and love more then ever now having the experience of completing this program. They not only help you if your struggling with dependency but… they addressed my issues from trauma and mom guilt. They teach you how to grow and live life sober, while dealing with the shame and guilt society puts on addiction.The relationship's I've built during my time in Hope valley are my most treasured relationships till this day and its been a couple years. I know that if I ever need help with almost anything I can call them and they will do everything in there power to help with any resource within there means! If your going through legal issues, like I personally have they went above and beyond to help me prosper to become the best version of me while working on myself and my relationships with my family. Introduced me to a whole network of people I can call in a time if need and know they will help me as long as I'm helping myself. The staff there has almost all been clients as one point and make your feel so welcomed and no judgement at all! The recovery liaison Otis Ramsey has worked there for I believe 5 years or so and is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have met ever! Going out of his way to help me with legal or personal issues that are out of my reach and always checking on everyone of his clients. Making it easy to stick and stay and put your mind at ease. They teach you to reintegrate back into society as a sober productive citizen! This facility is one of the nicer furnished establishments Ive seen this far and they give you a chance to be apart of the family when you graduate and may want to work there and that's phenomenal for people with a colorful background! They give you a chance at making a mark on the world helping others with pure intentions, and in my experience that's something not a lot of places are willing to do! I love hope valley and highly recommend this place if your in need of a little Love Care and compassion being the moto, This is the place to be!
