I had a great experience with the Rushford Avon Intensive Outpatient Program. The support and guidance I received were instrumental in my recovery. Doug, Felicia, and Suzie were exceptional clinicians—compassionate,… knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping others. They created a supportive environment and provided valuable tools for both mental health and substance abuse recovery. The Recovery Support Specialist, Ben, offers his card to support us in those times of crisis that hit us outside of operating hours. The transition from inpatient to outpatient was seamless in terms of medication management. And, of course, from the administrative side of things Yazmin was incredibly helpful. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend this program to anyone seeking support.

Lady at the front desk had zero human connnection. When I tried to figure out if they had beds or not (was told over phone to “walk in” 9-10 AM) she tried to call the police, lied about being the manager and tried so… hard to make me look bad/trigger me.
