Achieve Whole Recovery – Denver

I really don’t like to leave bad reviews, especially For a addiction recovery place that is helping people I read some reviews and decided to get this place a try little different from wheat I was used to because I… usually do everything online. But I was exploring the Sublicade treatment so that is a little differentThe problem came in where there was a bunch of miscommunication. I had one person tell me one thing than one person tell me another. And that was on four different topics. My thing is if you don’t know an answer to something, but you’re not sure just don’t answer it or expect people to come on in because there’s no other options. Maybe some people don’t have any other options. I am very fortunate, though that I can explore other treatment, facilities and places.. I would honestly not pick this place as your choice for treatment unless you absolutely have to. They were very polite and the communication was quick. But there is just a lot of confusion. And I’m a new patient. I just started last week if I have already Have had multiple miscommunications I can’t imagine what treatment would be like if I continued I have decided to add onto this review. And this is just my opinion. It’s not facts if you’re happy with this place stay there it’s good you’re getting treatment. I would say, though if you’re looking for a place and you have other options, this is just my opinion do the other options I was interested in getting the sublicade shot. There is so much about that shot that I was not aware of. And about how many times I have to do it to get a baseline. These are all extremely important things. It’s your care. It’s your life. It’s your treatment. Like I said if you’re happy with this place stay there, but if you’re looking look somewhere else.

Went to clinic. Got me in right away. Asked all the questions, got prescribed meds. Provider never sent meds now provider tells me I should go to er because of my answers during the onsite visit. Same answers but… because she forgot to send meds, now I am supposed to go to er? Sounds like a cover up to me. Everyone there was great and very friendly, but this is bs when prescription didn't get sent now a larger i have to cover a larger bill to cover the prescribed failure. Total bs handling of my case!!

The doctor I saw said she would give me a refill, however when I tried to get it refilled there were no refills. Now I am out of medication and can't make it into the office because I work every day. I tried Bicycle… Health, they are much better! All appointments and UAs can be done at home.

Don't be surprised if your data is inaccurate, even though you have to enter it thousands of times.

Angelica and the team at Achieve Whole Recovery are very respectful and helpful. They are always resourceful and go out of their way for ppl and are loving and very caring. I strongly recommend them for anybody seeking… Mental Health and Addiction problems.

When I received my paperwork from Angelica the other day, she was amazing with making me feel at home when you walk through the doors. Some places make you feel like you’re just a not there. But here They actually… remember your name and remember your face that means so much when you’re trying to recover from the nightmare that some of us land in. So I just would like to acknowledge her for everything that she has done for myself and making it a bit easier for someone to recover, then stay in recovery. One day at a time, RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE! Angelica is the best! She remembers to call me every month and let me know that it’s time for me to come in and and doesn’t even write it down. She knows all the patients personally and is so friendly and makes you feel… very very comfortable in a very scary situation. Everyone there is great, but Angelica especially is fantastic. I definitely recommend it. Everyone in these reviews mentioned Dorianna, but I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never even met her.

Angelica is the best! I haven’t been a patient for a while but back when I used to go to Achieve Whole Recovery everyone there was amazing!

I just want to add that GO has done an excellent job. And I want to give him a 5 star review everybody. There is top-notch, and while I do Ms. Kerry. And everyone else who was there from before the new team is amazing… and they all get five stars for me, but I especially wanted to point out five starts for geo.Thank you....They helped me when I was lost and down. Methadone treatment for 3 years and my insurance stopped covering it. So I switched in pain bad pain mind you to this team and there program. They waited Fri afternoon at closing to get me in amd help me. I owe them and have never er been happier in treatment or sessions. The girls"" are amazing, kind , understanding and have no judgment or pre concept of your situation. They just wanna help and genuinely care about the recovery process. Thr reality of any hiccups or transgressions. I'm so grateful that my Methadone treatment ended. It was a Godsend. Trust me if you wanna get help without the normal pressure, or worse being just a payment and being herded thru without any real endgame, then make the switch. If you're finally ready to change your life and find your path then this is the best place to start. You won't regret it..

Angelica is the most amazing person I’ve ever met in the Recovery Field! She shows compassion because she know’s. As far as seeing prescriber don’t see Rebecca! I wish they would bring Carrie back!! Anyway I do love… this place as it has helped me stay sober for almost 10 months now!!

This place is awesome and helpful and has turned my life around they really take care of you as soon as you come in, the nurse miss Dorianna soliz is an angel and treats everyone like family she really help me get thru… so much while recovering she's truly a blessing to have on your staff best nurse hands down.
