About Brightli – Winfield

Brightli operates from 2720 East 12th Street in Winfield. The site sits in Cowley County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Wellington. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.

Detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Detox and Rehab Services at Brightli

Withdrawal management covers alcohol, benzodiazepine, cocaine, methamphetamine and opioid dependence and is handled on site rather than referred elsewhere. Someone starting in detox can move into residential care without changing provider or repeating an intake. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Residential runs both short and long term, so the question at intake is which length the assessment points toward. Buprenorphine is available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together.

Brightli Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 2720 East 12th Street, Winfield, KS 67156, in Cowley County. The catchment reaches Wellington. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Interpreting services including ASL are available on request. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip.

Well I thought that this treatment facility was the bomb diggity I thought that they were amazing with how they helped me out and I thought they were going to be amazing when my husband got there until today he had hit… a rough spot in blacked out by accident because I was crying on the phone and he accidentally walked out the front door wasn't thinking and then went back to the treatment facility saying he was sorry and that he really needs this, and they won't or didn't even let him back in and didn't even give him his stuff, and now he's walking in Winfield, so I would say now this facility has no heart no empathy to understand why he walked out the door and let him back in cuz he really needs this so I would be careful going to this treatment facility if you have anger problems make sure you have your medication with you and that you were able to have your medication because they will not care for your well-being once you walk out the door even if it's on accident so know I would rate do not go through this facility.

Commenting as a family member to a patient of PFH, currently! *I had a friend who also went to pfh to get clean about 7 years ago and the change in this place (from 7 years ago to now) is nothing but amazing! The staff… are ALL caring, loving, people who want nothing but the best for everyone who steps foot inside this building!* I would suggest before arriving for your stay that you call and verify what items you are able to bring and what items aren't accepted. Ask about possible medications and scripts your doctor may have you on - they do give some medications and you are even allowed to have some items such as hygiene and OTC meds such as Tylenol. I'd recommend having some cash or change as well, they have a vending machine you'll get access to. You might also get to go on a day trip to Walmart, so if you'd like to spend some money at Walmart - you'll need to bring some! 🤍The last thing I can truly suggest is.... arrive with an open mind and an open heart to allow these loving people to help you become a better/healthier version of yourself. Your loved one deserves their love/help to get clean and live a life they are proud of! Get your loved ones back - get with PFH to secure their bed! It'll be worth it 🫶🏼

I really appreciate the amount of time and effort the counselors and BHTS apply to each individual client!!!! I believe this to be a adequate program if the client is willing to put in as much as the staff do. Thank you… PFH :)

PFH is a great place to go to if you want to get sober and start your life on the right path. They have a structured and routine environment. The staff are attentive to client needs while providing information to which… I can use to maintain sobriety. I’ve never experienced a setting in which clients bond and trusted each other. Thank you so much PFH!

Drive up to this facility and by golly it looks like a 1959's motel... very run down ... not a very pleasant experience walking in the doors. From moment I walked in I felt uncomfortable. Then what all happened next. I… am now home with nothing to support me and left high and dry to suffer in pain in misery of addictions I was going to get help for. But was very quickly escorted out of the building to the entrance to wait for my ride to get back to "home". Let alone my ride took the day off work and lost a day's wages to poor communication and disclosure of what was to be accepted and not that would I imagine going over medicine prior to the very long drive to the facility. To be told they have no dr or medical staff to safely give me my dr prescribed medications. Then said our patients hold and dispense their own meds was quite unsettling to say the lease. This place should close its doors and not ever be a recommendation for treatment for any human being.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU OR A LOVED ONE ATTEND THIS FACILITY! This facility should be utterly and absolutely ashamed of themselves for what they just did! People are coming to this place because they truly need help and… my friend was placed there by another company out of Wichita that helps others get set up for treatment. First, I took the day off of work because we drove so far to get there, but my friend used all of the money he had to pay his bills for the month so he would be ok while he was getting treatment. I dropped him off and headed back home. I got almost an hour away and received a message from him saying they would not take him. The reason for this was because he had PRESCRIBED medications that they said could not be on site and they could not hold them for him because the patients shell out their own meds. What on earth would they have addicts giving themselves their own meds when they can't even manage their own life?!?! They even told him that they were going to destroy his meds immediately and he had just filled them so his insurance would not cover more! So, they are sending him home broke, hopeless and more depressed and anxious than he was going in 😢 This facility DEFINITELY needs to get their priorities and policies straight and correct their attitudes as they were very hateful! Not only that, can you imagine what this is going to do to him now? I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE WHO SERIOUSLY NEEDS HELP! I also recommend that this place ask the right questions and give the right info to people before they drive all the way there to be treated with such disrespect!

Poor experience! This facility doesn't monitor incoming or out goings of their clients or substance! So if you are truly seeking rehabilitation, this is not the facility to go too. The day my son was to be discharged,… he also tested positive for THC, so again what was the point of 28 days if it is accessible even in rehab. Smh! What a waste of time and money.
