CPF Breakthrough LLC – Spokane Detox and Rehab Services

What CPF Breakthrough LLC – Spokane offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

CPF Breakthrough LLC – Spokane Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 11711 East Sprague Avenue, Spokane, Washington, 99206. Spokane sits in Spokane County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.

Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

They are a joke, they no longer offer anything you see in the pictures. They don't even have the correct counselors , and they get false positive, you're in test, and then they do not follow hipaa either.I don't… recommend this place to anybody.Ask anybody that's gone here for longer than 2 weeks. They will tell you the same thing

It started out as an amazing place to go, but then all of a sudden, all the staff got let go and we were no longer able to do any of the programs that we signed up for not to mention they violated the hipaa act and gave… information out that they were not allowed to you, I don't recommend this place to anybody.

I would love to recommend this place for it was a big healing journey for me to begin my true sobriety life , I've been in this program for five months , meeting new people whom had the same struggle or not , we are… were able to relate in some ways or another , each have a story to tell , the councillors also helped me and one specific councillor truly even today is helping me and I am grateful, I feel blessed and love. I am happy to continue on with my sobriety and pray for others to also seek the help they may need . Everything and everyone was so welcoming when I was so scared to start yet by faith ,I took another step each day and this place taught me so much about myself and remembering who I really am . I appreciate the time , food and overall the peace within myself . I truly hope others will find the light in their darkness like I have . May God bless you 🙏 Thank you for your time . Take care .

Breakthrough completely changed my life. They educated me on how to conquer triggers and cravings, how to utilize new and healthy coping mechanisms and were incredibly professional and respectful. Their group setting… was safe and structured in a way that kept the groups focused, relatable and empowering. I highly recommend breakthrough for people who want to break the chains of addiction and seek a new life.

I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Breakthrough Recovery as they have transitioned leadership. I continue to be impressed by the exceptional quality of care they deliver across substance use treatment,… mental health therapy, IOP, and PHP services. The clinical team is highly skilled, trauma-informed, and deeply dedicated to supporting clients through every stage of their recovery and mental health journey. Their programs are structured, evidence-based, and responsive to the needs of individuals and meet people where they are. The new leadership and staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of those they serve. From the moment you walk in the door they have created an environment of healing where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered in their recovery. From operations to clinical care, Breakthrough sets a high standard for behavioral health services Spokane, WA. I’m grateful to collaborate with a team that approaches this work with such passion, integrity, and heart.

I first found breakthrough in 2023, and the program was so great. I left feeling motivated to change, unfortunately life caught up to me and I didn’t use the many tools, resources and education they provided when I left… and needed to return in 2025. They welcomed me back with no judgement and gave me the opportunity to grow once again. The counselors are all amazing, and they have the ability to guide you but also hold you accountable all while being supportive and genuinely caring. This place saved me, by giving me the confidence in myself that I can live a sober and joyful life. The many people I met throughout the program were a bright spot during my time there. Being able to meet people from all different backgrounds, but all having the common struggle with the disease humbled me and allowed so much growth to learn but also build genuine connections and friendships. It is hard work, and the need to take accountability for my own actions is what is needed to succeed, but Breakthrough was the place I felt most safe, seen and heard to accomplish a sober life. Forever grateful!

Breakthrough has been an amazing resource for me. They were able to help arrange a payment plan, and the groups are very beneficial to my recovery. The counselors are all kind and invested in helping their clients.… Highly recommend to anyone ready to achieve and maintain sobriety. They offer various levels of treatment from PHP to Outpatient services. Also, forewarning: they will hold you accountable. You may think your disease is "not that severe," or you can "control" it, but that's part of the disease. You have to be ready and willing because they expect your sobriety as part of the treatment. You dont get "kicked out" for relapsing. I knew multiple people with multiple relapses who continued to participate. You may be recommended to another facility for higher level of care if you CONTINUE to use after a relapse or multiple relapses with no improvement, as you are no longer suitable for outpatient care. Your care is discussed amongst staff meetings as a care team approach is generally recommended for this type of treatment; that is not a HIPAA violation as you agree to this when signing up. EDIT: I was just discharged from treatment today. I have been sober for over 9 months, and I have Breakthrough to thank for this. They ensured proper continuity of care and referrals for mental health counselling. They made it known I can always reach out to them if needed despite completing my care here. Again, as I said, this program works. It's not easy, and you have to work with them. This isn't suitable for everyone as some people require higher level of care if they cannot stop use, and Breakthrough is honest about individual client needs. I recommended this to anyone who qualifies for Partial Hospitalization or lower level of treatments.

There is something wrong here... The owner is not in recovery

My first review was removed, so I’ll post again. Breakthrough lied on my assessment so they could profit off of my addiction and take advantage of me during a very vulnerable time in my life. After being kicked out of… breakthrough because I relapsed, i had an opportunity to go over my assessment Breakthrough completed at my new treatment facility. Needless to say I was more then surprised to learn they lied about my daily use as well as included a dual addiction to gambling, stating I have no other hobbies except drinking and gambling. BTW I can stand gambling. Breakthroughs owner told me on a few occasions she wants to retire. It makes sense they would lie on assessments to trap people into intensive outpatient programs that pay $400 a day. I’m pretty sure they made over $20,000 off me before i was booted out of the program. All I have to say is, please reconsider your choice to come here. They will lie to profit off you when you need help the most. Thanks for nothing breakthrough.

Nobody is "breaking through" at this place. Whatever is said in confidence to a counselor is discussed within the staff which is a violation of HIPAA. The lady running things Lisa, she's not an actual counselor by the… way she's just a business lady. She cares about her business and her image and nothing else. They do have some good counselors here and good options like yoga, but does it really matter when they threaten to kick you out over relapse? None of my former group ever graduated we just all got kicked out in one way or another 😂 pathetic company

SUD (Substance Use Disorder) is a serious disease that requires the assistance of educated, compassionate and empathetic individuals to navigate and conquer. You will receive the help you need at Break Through if and… when you are ready to live a substance free life. PHP (partial hospitalization program) is available during the day and the evening. It is time consuming but a necessary step in recovery. You will be surprised how fast you move through this section on to Intensive Outpatient then Outpatient. No one is let to ‘slip through the cracks’ as another review stated. Each client receives one on one therapy. There are book studies, massage, yoga. EMDR is available if the staff feels it is necessary for your recovery. The facility is immaculate and up to date. Every employee and outside contractor is heavily vested in your recovery. Counselors. Group Leaders. Medical staff. Reception. Director. Yoga Instructor. Masseuse. You will rarely meet an employee there that is not in active recovery. In other words, they get it! The staff meets on a regular basis to review all clients. My group leader noticed a shift in me and asked staff to keep an eye on me. I did relapse soon after because I didn’t reach out for help. And yet again later in the program. Both times I ignored the warning signs. Each time it was handled professionally and compassionately but firmly. I knew that that second time was my final or I would be heading back to Inpatient. I am now 10 months sober. Was it easy? Hell no! The hardest part is walking through the door for the first time after finally choosing your recovery over addiction. Recovery does not look the same for any 2 individuals. Break Through operates on this premise and will guide you through to a life that even you didn’t imagine you could be living.

The staff at Breakthrough are very professional and friendly. The group's I have found to be very therapeutic, insightful and engaging. I have learned alot about myself and can use the tools they have given me to… practice in my daily life. The building has a very calming feel and every time I have ever walked in I have been greated with a smile and felt like I was safe and welcome. I especially like that Breakthough has a family feel to it. The staff go above and beyond in all areas. I would highly recommend Breakthough to anyone with an addiction problem or underlying trauma.

Breakthrough provides a solid program for recovery. If you put in half the effort then don't expect more than half the attempt at rehabilitation. They are in the business of helping those who want it, and provide a… program that allows the individual a chance at making a solid foundation for change. Highly recommend Breakthrough.

My experience at breakthrough was absolutely awful. it costs a fortune and groups only consist of watching movies, completing worksheets, etc. There is little to no therapeutic value to the groups the counselors care… very little about the patients, often letting them "slip through the cracks" those are their own words they used to describe events that happened. The counselors have very little knowledge on the subjects they attempt to teach, as some of them aren't even in recovery themselves. Do not waste your money or time here, the care you will receive is less than satisfactory. In this industry lives are at stake and breakthrough does not seem to take their patients seriously. If you are serious about finding help for recovering from addiction, this is not the place to go.
