Dr. Vivianne Jakobs has done an excellent job. Very knowledgeable. She made sure to have all the tests needed and makes you feel safe and welcome.

Called asked if they accept my insurance so I can switch to this office as my primary care. They said yes. I call to switch to them. Office closed by the time its done. Weekend kicks in. Call em back monday. We actually… don’t accept your insurance. AFTER I waste 4 days now I have to switch it again. Receptionists don’t even know what health care they accept. Also side note, I guarantee you every single person in this office is an absolute misery to be around for sure.

I came here and saw Dr. Jakobs and have been really impressed. Dr jakobs takes her time with you, does thorough examinations and makes you feel comfortable in knowing that you are in good hands. I've previously had one… provider that I was with for over 20 years, and had very mixed experiences when I had to see someone else. I was very anxious about having to change providers, and was extremely surprised to find another provider that I feel I can trust and also comfortable with. The office is clean, you can see the staff trying hard. Wait times are short to non existent.

DO NOT COME HERE. I had the very unfortunate experience of seeing Vivianne Jakobs and she was one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever come across. The people at this clinic do whatever they can to make you feel as… uncomfortable and unpleasant as possible and clinics like this are the reason so many people refuse to seek medical treatment. I hate that I have to come back for another appointment. They’re so insensitive and rude and just overall terrible.

I have been going here for years and it's always minimal referrals. Michelle Gully refuses to write more than 1-3 referrals at a time which makes you have to do multiple visits and bend over backwards to get the… treatment you need. I haven't been able to get the help i needed in time. They are so confusing they don't make your referrals clear and print them out unless you ask.. you basically have to make sure they do their job correctly every step of the way. I would also give -5 stars if I could.. Stay away they will have you at multiple appointments just for 1 simple treatment. They also have a chiropractor which i don't know ow why they haven't referred me there? They DEFINITELY SWEEP EVERYTHING UNDER THE RUG!!!! SO SAD also disgusting inside the office looks like they hadn't swept in 2 weeks. The nurse set up my pap tools and then brought them in another room and back really creepy and doesn't follow sanitation guidelines. How is this place still open. Also the director blocked my emails and calls when I tried to reach out. LMAO! TERRIBLE HUMANS!

Review: Avoid This Clinic Unless You’re Desperate I wish I had checked the reviews before coming here because my experience was just as bad as the others I’ve read since. This was my first checkup in over 20 years, and… it turned out to be a disaster from start to finish. Appointment Scheduling Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. You have to go through a call center, and they said they’d call me back in 2-3 hours to confirm. Instead, they called back just 15 minutes later while I was still at work. By the time I could return the call, the office was already closed. It took multiple attempts and a lot of wasted time to finally get my appointment set up. First Visit When I arrived, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, which was not a great start. The doctor’s exam felt rushed and dismissive. Even though I listed all my symptoms and concerns, the doctor barely addressed any of them and just referred me to a bunch of specialists and ordered blood work. One referral stood out as completely unnecessary. She referred me to an optometrist, even though I had already gotten my eyes checked earlier in the year and told her about it. It felt like she wasn’t even listening to me. Follow-Up Chaos Things only got worse during follow-up appointments: No follow-up on ultrasound results: The doctor promised to call me with my ultrasound results, but she never did. Misinformation at appointments: At one visit, the receptionist told me it was “too soon” to discuss the ultrasound results and sent me home, even though I had specifically scheduled the appointment for that purpose. I had to reschedule again. Ridiculous delays: At my most recent visit, I showed up for an 8:20 AM appointment only to find out the clinic now opens at 8:30 AM—something they never bothered to tell me. Even worse, I was the first patient scheduled, but they saw two other people before me. I ended up waiting over an hour just to get a quick shot that literally took three minutes. They also claimed they didn’t have my ultrasound results, even though I had a copy with me, and the technician had assured me the results were sent weeks earlier. Billing Confusion The billing process was just as disorganized. The clinic’s app always showed a red notice under “statements,” making it look like I had an unpaid balance. When the receptionist mentioned it at one visit, I said I’d try to pay it, but the app was glitchy and wouldn’t let me process the payment. On the morning of my most recent visit, I finally managed to pay it. Then, 10 minutes later, the billing department called to tell me I didn’t need to pay it at all. Now I have to deal with my bank to dispute the payment. Since it’s still pending and hasn’t posted to my account, my bank says the clinic has to void it. When I tried to explain this to the billing department, there was some weird miscommunication about whether they could cancel or void the payment. At this point, I was just frustrated with the day and this office I decided to just let the payment go through and wait until I can dispute it directly with my bank. Final Thoughts This clinic is a complete mess. Between the disorganization, poor communication, dismissive treatment, and billing headaches, it’s been one frustrating experience after another. Every time I left, I felt like I was wasting my time and money. If you’re desperate, maybe this place is better than nothing—but honestly, I’d recommend avoiding it entirely.

Very unprofessional they change my appointment 4 times with out let me knowing I go to my appointment after driving 30 minutes they’re saying we called you and you didn’t answer we ch age your appointment I feel like… they only do services for they’re own race not everyone I hate that place I went there so many time and I never had a good experience with them

The front desk lady is very rude, she fights back and forth with patients and speaks with such an attitude it makes you want to leave. She speaks to you as if you know nothing, and is not there to help. She is there to… make things difficult. Also, Doctor Gully prescribes everything she thinks the issue is. If you tell her your leg hurts she will give you ten prescriptions for every limb instead of giving you what you need. Instead of actually evaluating the problem, she just throws a guess at what it is. In all, the front desk sets the tone of your visit- if the lady is going to be mean with you, don’t expect a good visit from the doctor.

The Nurse Michelle Gully is very rude and her behavior is very bad with patients and I don’t recommend her to anyone

I see why this place gets so many bad reviews. I’m sure the doctors might be ok but the process of getting seen is so outdated and inefficient. You have to call a call center that notifies the center via email to give… you a call back, they don’t provide an exact time just a rough 2-4 hour estimate window. If you miss the call you have to call the call center back. Have no idea how they can operate this way.

I called to make an appointment and a male staff member was laughing and playing music!

.I am a diabetic person .I had an appointment for blood test , but the pholobotomist didn't show up . I was shaking because of fasting. The receptionist was very relax and when I complained she told that she is not… responsible for it. I left there and never ever come back to them.

Straight out lied to my health insurance provider stating I was a no-show for several appointments while refusing to provide me care. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even for basic health care. They… constantly scam people into coming in for appointments for "referrals" which other doctors within their business have directly told me to go and get a refund as they shouldn't have done that. They also did not even wear their masks properly during the pandemic! Disorganized, lack of care, overall just not the place to choose for your care.

Dr. Nuqui and her staff are amazing. They are courteous and helpful. They also emphatize with their patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Josie Nuqui to everyone.

I was seen during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. Although I had to stay outside for several minutes when I arrived the receptionist made eye contact with me acknowledging my presence. They were kind and polite. I was seen… by Nurse Practitioner Lea Nyugen. She was compassionate and understanding. I have a long, complicated medical history so the fact that she LISTENED to me was vitally important. I'd refer anyone to her!

Stay Away!! Being with Operations Samahan has been the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered. I have no choice but to stay with them awaiting my referrals. The call center continously makes scheduling errors… and wait times are ridiculous! I switched to this office after Mira Mesa office did nothing but waste my time by not honoring virtual appointments and forgetting to send in referral.This office in Erma is no better. This NP Nguyen assured me she would help me and do what was neccessary to find a diagnosis for my 4 month problem. Unfortunately, that was a complete false statement! She has only cxld 2 appointments with me even after she had me take another COVID test and dodged my calls. I'm disappointed and disgusted that this Healthcare organization operates this way. Avoid them if you can. In over 30 years and 9 counties, never have I ever experienced such disorganization and non compliant healthcare services. If I could give 0 I absolutely would!

In the dentistry for the firstst appointment a doctor recommended treating my teeth and told one tooth has a cave and another need to clean root canal, I didn't believe and went to another dentistry for the second… opinion and there it is , that doctor made x-ray s and examed carefully in the conclusion I got resut no due for the treatment .

Made an appointment for a flu shot and Chest X ray ...staff did not inform me that I have to get a physical done before the flu shot....went to my appointment and told me to make another appointment to get a physical… and want to charge me another 75 dollars to come back to get a flu shot...they should have informed the time I'm making an appointment that I should have a physical...they want to charge me for their own mistake...dumb staff wouldn't go back including the Miramesa branch ...my visit was sucks the worst one I've ever had ......
