I will forever love the staff at Savida Health..since day one,they have made me feel so comfortable and honestly like a family to me..the non judging family..ill always be thankful going to this particular office..I… just cant say enough about the staff and how they treat us patient's. I recently switched providers and Kari is wonderful to talk to..I appreciate her patience and she makes me feel I can open up a little more each session..I was monthly for quite a while and I knew changing providers, it would be every other week..but I chose to do weekly...and im just happy that this place exists for us that struggle..

This program is just perfect for me and I'm sure other people.. The girls here all of them are such warm hearted people that care very much for their patients... I wouldn't want another team taking care of me. These… ladies know everything about me and not one of them judge anyone. I love you girls and I love myself because of you all. I have never looked back because they teach you that's not what you should do you should always go forward and never look back. I love you all 💕 💕 💕.. I love kari she is so gentle given her shots to me and I'm sure everyone else and Sadie Grace is always a pleasure to see . I rate her as a 10 .... These are all the girls I'm talking about in North Adams

The staff @SaVida in the N.Adams office are some of the most kind & genuine, supportive & understanding people. It really help's people whom are beginning on their road to a healthier life. You will always feel HEARD &… NEVER judged. I definitely wouldn't be where I am today if I hadn't received the help & support that I'd gotten from this most exceptional team. I truly have so much gratitude for each and every one of them.♡♡

Savida is a Godsend to me. I've been with Savida since 2013 or 2014. The environment is always welcoming & very clean. The ENTIRE staff from the ladies at the front desks, to the nurses to the providers. They are very… caring about each patient on individual needs. As I know many Friends & Family that also go to Savida and everyone agrees that they are very professional and very nice & personable. They are ALWAYS there when a addict just needs to talk even when you don't have a appointment and you call during operating offers THEY WILL ALWAYS BE THERE FOR YOU. If you need to talk during closed office hours theres ALWAYS still a human to speak with and assist you. I see Analise Vargas currently and she is the BEST. I'm VERY comfortable with her. Very kind and professional. I rate her a 10 I've had 3 specific LONG time clinicians each years at a time. When each of those providers left for new jobs or personal reasons, it's a loss. Many, many, many clinicians and office staff have come & gone, however MANY have been there for many years and I honestly have to say that the Savida office which I go to in North adams Massachusetts ( 3rd location since 2012) is not only the cleanest office I've ever encountered, but just a GREAT group of people on staff. EVERYONE there is professional, Personable, Courteous, friendly, and most of all the environment and the staff make me feel incredibly safe.

Every single lady that I have encountered at Savida has been a big part of my recovery. They all genuinely care for each and every patient! I’m going into my 5th year in recovery and everything finally falling into… there place! Love all of you wonderful ladies

Absolutely AMAZING. The staff is incredible, every single person. I wouldn’t have been able to change my life for the better without each one of them and I would tell anyone who needs help with any kind of addiction to… give them a shot. They don’t judge at all, and are dedicated to helping you at your pace. Help is there and there is a light at the tunnel. Your future is bright with these guys by your side!
