Social Treatment Opportunity Programs – Puyallup Detox and Rehab Services

Social Treatment Opportunity Programs – Puyallup appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Social Treatment Opportunity Programs – Puyallup Address, Location and Contact Information

Social Treatment Opportunity Programs – Puyallup is located at 13921 East Meridian Avenue in Puyallup, Washington, 98373. The city lies within Pierce County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

If you or a loved one is considering this Puyallup facility for recovery, please read this and protect yourself. While my 2025 course of treatment was clinically adequate for court compliance and the counselors were ok,… their finance department appears to operate on a disorganized, "see what sticks" billing model. During my program, local finance staff blocked me from attending my required classes, claiming an automated balance was past due. When I called to fix it, I was told I was supposed to pay a monthly installment indefinitely, even though I had already paid my finance agreement in full. When I challenged them on this, they pivoted and claimed they suddenly needed to audit my account for "finance charges" instead. They ultimately backed down once I directly referenced my signed financial agreement.(and that I was holding it in my hands.) It didn’t stop after graduation. Several months after I successfully finished the program, they sent me a collection letter trying to collect a new, undocumented balance of over $600! They ignored multiple written requests for accounting transparency and when I called them, flat-out refused to provide documentation. Resolving this collection attempt took three months and required about a full work-week's worth of my time. I had to compile my bills, send a formal dispute via certified mail, file regulatory complaints, audit my EOB’s and formally escalate the issue to their corporate management team just to get them to hand over my full ledger. Even then, it was incredibly sloppy and appeared to have been faxed from the year 1994. While the itemization matched my payment contract (verifying that everything itemized was paid for as my agreement outlined), several line-items did not appear to be filed correctly with my insurance upon cross-referencing with my Explanation Of Benefits from my provider. Thankfully, my account has since been cleared. However, because of their disorganized accounting and/or mishandled claims, I was never truly able to verify their final math and for all I know, may have still been overcharged based on the pattern established in my EOB’s. Navigating early recovery is hard enough without a treatment center weaponizing court compliance to intimidate you into paying more. No one should have to relentlessly advocate for themselves to this degree simply to receive fair treatment and basic accounting transparency. Regardless of the horrendous nature of their accounting department, I paid what I contractually agreed to and that should have been the end of it. To me, it was obvious that the specific people in charge of this department are not operating in good faith and I am deeply concerned that my experience is not novel. Consider this a firm warning: DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Keep all communication in writing, save every single email, keep copies of your signed contracts, and look at your insurance EOBs. Monitor your mail closely after graduation. Do not take their word for anything. If you are experiencing billing difficulties with them, file a formal report directly with the Washington State Attorney General. Being beholden to court compliance does NOT vacate your consumer rights. Protect your finances, because this department may try to exploit them.

Sabrina was awesome and made me feel welcome and understood as well as not alone and she was real about the program and didn’t beat around the bush at all. 8 hours went by in a flash and I feel as thought I learned a… lot and am coming out it this class with a lot of insight and understanding about myself and others as well as anger as a whole. Definitely worth the cost of the class and highly recommend.

If you find yourself in a situation where you need guidance navigating through the aftermath of a legal entanglement, STOP should be your first stop. Incredible team. I didn't need to go in more then a handful of times,… but they really helped me navigate through a very weird and stressful time. The class I took was informative, the counselor I worked with was great, and they really treat you like a person. I can't speak for their treatment services, as I only had to stop by there about 3 times, but after a month when I went in to manage some paperwork, they still remembered me by name. They are an amazing team and always ready to help with anything. They understand the game and are straight with you when you ask for their advice. I had no issues with payments or prices. They are upfront and charge what they are suppose to charge. The were no surprises. (And overall, paying STOP was the smallest of the bills I had to pay during this whole process).

Jeff the director was an awesome person! The finance department is a pain in the butt to deal with. Not clear with you when you ask for them to clarify how and what you owe bs what your insurance has and will pay.… However, I heard Tacoma was a LOT worse than Puyallup

The Counselor lady Ashley was very rude and aggressive. There was a gentleman there with a messed up eye, was rude and aggressive the secretary in the office there it takes your payments using foul language towards… customers. This company does not cover everything in their packet like the law states they share your information with everyone. I would not recommend this place at all. Once I contacted the supervisor, they still continued to be rude and the supervisor continued to be rude. They refused to give me my money back and I didn’t even do the appointment. Because I’ll probably take this post down. I’ll be sharing this on Facebook and all social medias also be passing this around on flyers on podcast.

I appreciate this program so much, Although I was mad starting out as everyone here is. Coming to each class and interacting with staff here, you’ll see that each person isn’t selling anything or here for the paycheck.… They are REAL with real human experiences trying to guide us on a better path. My counselor is Norman and he’s as real as it gets! he tells us how it is while being kind funny and compassionate. Highly recommend this program to anyone going through substance abuse.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff through my situation. I have nothing but good things to say about this guy . I had to attend two of his classes which was combined into one thirteen hour day . Jeff made it… enjoyable and not boring . He was fun to work with and didn't just read from a slide show . Even though my situation I was caught up in was negative my experience w Jeff in his classes was positive. He was very humble and had some really good messages that stuck with me
