Care Clinic – Las Vegas

I had a great experience with NP Connie and her MA. They are both very kind, helpful and attentive. NP Connie listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for wonderful care.

NP Connie Santiago is amazing. She takes her time with me, she is thorough and above all, very pleasant. The only downside, its hard to schedule because she’s booked for the next 2-3 months I had another excellent… appointment with Connie Santiago! She has such a wonderful bedside manner. She takes the time to explain all my results, makes sure I understand everything, and always gives me options for my treatment. She is incredibly kind and caring. The entire staff is amazing as well. The MAs are always friendly and helpful. I genuinely love coming to this clinic and always feel so well taken care of!

I feel like ive just had enough of this place, the way i was treated today just isnt ok, connie and her staff should be ashamed of themselves, and its not just today i have had so many issues with this place from things… not sent or not sent properly, to people who just dont know what their doing or what their talking about. Would not recommend, and i really really don't want to go through this again with this place and this provider. Ive just had enough and its not ok i have real health issues that require real care and i dont think i should be treated like this, will be looking into other places that are not caremore despite the fact that this could not have come at a worse time. I would suggest you just pass on this place all together, idk why im even writing this they seem like they really just couldnt care less about any of this, guess im just trying to prevent someone else from having to go through this as well... what a shame

I love the flamingo office. Santiago and her front staff are just the kindest people. I know I'm gonna get my issues solved finally because someone I feel is here for me. She's here for the health of people.

Dr.Bryan is a great physician. Most pcp rush patients in and out Dr.Bryan is extremely thorough and makes sure he listens to what you need. I appreciate the fact that he’s available in office and virtually due to my… work schedule. If you’re looking for a physician that actually cares about his patients this is the place for you.

Amanda is the best MA i have ever had at any medical office, she is awesome, very polite and professional. Dr Hong is a special caring physician. I would highly recommend her.

I walked into the office to confirmed my appointment in person and was assured that I would be seen. They claim the health are provider will be out of town. I very disappointed because I told them I was using Uber for… my dentist and doctor's appointment for the same day. And told them if that I will see any doctor in the clinic on Aug 11 2026 just in case my doctor was a no show. I very disappointed and will not use their services. Because it's a big inconvenience for someone on a fixed income. That no longer drive and have to pay for ride shares.

I gave them 0. The office staff sucks a void as doctor's office at all cost. They're incompetent. They do not file the paperwork in a timely fashion or you get to do it all over again.Avoid this doctor's office... And… the doctor doesn't know what the heart patient is. And doesn't see that qualifies as a disability, he asked me, how come he thinks I'm disabled. If i'm a heart patient, what are my disabilities?A doctor mind you is asking me this.If he doesn't know then, why did the hell am I seeing him?I know more and he does obviously. Dr Bryan Gregory has been my personal physician for almost 5 years and and he and his team of assistants have kept me ahead of the game of growing old! Dr Gregory has the best bedside manner of any doctor i have ever… met! My father was a US Navy Flight surgeon and taught me what to look for in choosing a doctor. I highly recommend Gregory for anyone looking for an extremely competent physician!

This is the clinic I am assigned to by my Anthem Medicare Advantage Plan. The doctors are top notch. They always address any concerns I have, refer me to appropriate specialists, and give me excellent care.

Gregory Byron is a joke and his office is a joke. Stay far away. Their facility should be called CARE LESS.

Dr. Bryan is the first Dr. that actually care for me. And really cares about how I feel, and what's going on. So there you go, he's the best I've ever had, in the 63 years, I've been alive.

The improvements in the medical services are currently top notch. I met my new Dr. Connie Santiago; was totally impressed! Dr. Santiago is the dream Doctor all patients hope for. She is "old school" treating one with… dignity & respect. Hope she remains my Dr. always.

This clinic operates in a very unprofessional manner. I scheduled two appointments and had negative experiences with both. For the first, I scheduled a 5:00 PM appointment, but upon arrival I was told I had missed it… despite having the confirmation. This caused me to take time off work unnecessarily, and there was no accountability or effort to resolve the issue. For the second, I had an appointment on September 10, 2025, but the doctor canceled and the earliest reschedule offered was not until October 2. Additionally, when I attempted to check in, I was told I needed to pay a $25 fee without a clear explanation. The staff demonstrated poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout these interactions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic, as the inconvenience and lack of consideration outweigh any potential benefits.

Connie Santiago is fantastic. It’s a little hard to get an appointment within 30 days. Otherwise no complaints

My mom is a patient here for over a year now and I am happy with the care and attention given to her. Everyone in this clinic is very helpful and friendly. We love nurse practitioner Connie Santiago. She is kind,… compassionate and knows what’s she’s doing.

I'd keep looking if I were you. And I'm deadly serious about that.

The doctor I saw Connie, didn’t really care much about my health concerns that I expressed to her. She sort of just dismissed me and wasn’t really helpful.

Everyone was professional and very helpful.

Had a terrible experience in the office during a follow up visit. The office failed to call and notify me about cancelling an upcoming appointment after I had confirmed it the day prior. The receptionist belittled me… and kept stating that she was trying to help when she was deflecting a failure of operations in the office. I had insurance and it was verified by my provider. Why would I need to call the office to confirm that information? I filed a complaint at corporate and was supposed to be contacted by office manager, Jennifer Spoon. I never received the call. Clearly, patient care is not at the top of her priorities. I have yet to receive results from labs that were completed and neither have a received a follow up appointment for the failed follow up appointment mentioned above. What really grinds my gears is that this is a geriatric clinic. Is this how they treat our elderly? Deplorable service!

Yesterday I went a little reluctant because my experience over the years has been terrible with doctors in general, along with the office staff and nurses. The staff at Carelon were very nice and seemed to have a great… rapport with one another. The nurse that started the initial screening was amazing and caring. Dr. Brian seemed to genuinely want to address all of my concerns and understand what my needs are. It’s literally 5 minutes from my house. I’m hopeful that I have found a doctor for the long run. Thank you to all the staff at Carelon. You made an uncomfortable and reluctant patient feel at ease!

The doctors and staff at this facility just plain SUCKS. The State and local governance needs to revoke their operating license

It's a good spot if you are looking for a primary doctor that gets you in pretty quickly.
