First day their was a miscommunication, so I had to reschedule. Very nice and clean. Very understandable over the rescheduling.

Best IOP program I have participated in. I feel welcome by others and the therapist is uniquely qualified to foster discussion and understanding amongst the participants in Group who are seeking healthy choices in… coping with what life throws at them.

It was my first time at Rosecrance. It was very comfortable with my time with Robert. There’s a lot to my story to relate, and Robert listened very attentively and asked questions at the right time. He did take the time… to make sure that I was comfortable with everything,

I’m in Cindy Fishers IOP and it is by far the best IOP that I have been in. It has helped me so much! I find myself using everything I learn in her class. She is a great counselor and a great example!

Laura Basso Ramos is a very kind, empathetic, loving person. I meet with her twice a week for my group therapy sessions and she was so welcoming on my first visit. I truly feel better every time after meeting with her… for my sessions. She gives me a lot of good information on how to cope and think more positive.

I cannot say enough how much my IOP has helped. An inviting place to share problems and to learn to live soberly. Laura is terrific at leading us down the road to recovery.

Horrible people, They promise people help and then guess what it comes down to them not getting paid and they throw you back into the wolves den. They promised my mother a bed and then when the day came they told her… they couldn't help because the grant money dried up last minute, the hour before she came. I called them myself to see what was going on and they told me exactly what my mom told me. I asked them how much it was out of pocket,. They put me on hold twice then Hung up on me. This place is a poster board for why addicts can't get help and almost always fail along the way.
