This place saved my life no BS I was on a bad run and when I got locked up thankfully I still got my dose it was a Saturday morning I woke up in billerica/Middlesex House of correction and the mat program was at my door… with my dose thankfully spectrum on a Saturday morning verified my last dose info there are also many other reasons why spectrum is a good choice they will always help anyone that is on that slippery slope to be honest the whole staff are friendly and will do whatever it takes to help someone out for example my favorite employee Caitlin was always there try to help me when I was slipping she easily upped my dose whenever I needed it to help me stay away from dirty street drugs she was even nice enough to offer me some help getting a job and creating a resume honestly that was the nicest thing that anyone has ever done for me she is so nice and I honestly feel like getting enrolled into spectrum health systems has slowly changed my life and made my life so much better
They treat you like animals in a zoo! They are NEVER open. They don’t have the staff to even answer the phone never mind give you a counselor and then you get punished for it. Go to BHN in Somerville. They treat you… like actual humans.

Worst outpatient facility ive ever experienced.You cant get the help you need staff is unqualified and never there for more then 60 days. They keep you hostage for the mass health billing..Line to window is never under… 30 minutes on a good day and instaead of offer help they find ways to crusify you. Break your hippa laws...call dcf under ASSUMPTIONS then go and amend them...they Do not work w people who have jobs they expect you to do what they say no flexability
I don't like it
very unprofessional. very disorganized. staff is not competent enough to be running this sort of facility. Staff turnover rate is about equal, or higher than clients... Lucky if you see new staff members last longer… than a month. Also line can be up to 30+ minutes long because they dont want to pay the money to hire the appropriate number of staff...the list goes on
