Foundation Minnesota – Eden Prairie Detox and Rehab Services

Treatment at Foundation Minnesota – Eden Prairie covers residential treatment, partial hospitalization and sober living. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset. Ask what the assessment recommends before comparing anything else.

Both conditions are treated in parallel, which is what the research supports. Transitional accommodation appears on the record for the period after intensive treatment. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask whether family can be involved and at what stage.

The Pride Institute was a shining beacon of hope for many of us in the LGBTQ community. Pride was the place that taught us we were deserving of real love and real lives. Since this amazing enterprise was absorbed into… Foundations Minnesota, I'm sick to say, The Pride Institute as we knew it, is gone. No longer are we encouraged to share our struggles and feelings with our peers to build community, now it's all worksheets and parroting. Such a loss to the community. I am shattered.

If you are looking for an intimate, inclusive, community-fostering LGBTQ+ treatment center, this is the place. The staff is wonderful and extremely caring for the clients. I have been able to connect with a community of… recovering queer people that have become close friends. Thank you, Pride **update Pride institute was a beacon of hope for lqbtq people struggling. Shame on UHS for closing it

Pride Institute has made it clear they are not a reliable or safe space for LGBTQIA+ people anymore. When a facility can abruptly drop LGBTQ-focused residential care, the core of what built their reputation, it shows… they were committed to the branding, not the community. They should not be allowed to call themselves Pride, because there isn't a damn thing they should be proud of any more. Their public excuse, blaming the “changing landscape” (KSTP report), is corporate code for “it got too inconvenient to keep doing what’s right.” Must be nice to have the privilege of walking away from us. We don’t get that option. We don’t get to stop being queer when the world gets hostile. Communities build institutions, and institutions are supposed to protect the people who trusted them. Instead, Pride chose a business pivot over human beings. That tells you everything you need to know. If you’re LGBTQIA+, find another provider. This is no longer a safe place you can count on. The direction they’re moving in raises serious concerns about future care models and about whether they’ll maintain any meaningful commitment to queer-affirming treatment. It even brings into question what they are going to do with all that patient information if the current regime asks for it. Since they have demonstrated that they have no ethical standards, then we can't trust them with our info. If you’re an investor or partner, run! The brand damage is going to follow this organization for years. Abandoning the very identity that built their legacy is the kind of choice organizations don’t recover from. Once you break trust with a marginalized community, there’s no rebranding campaign strong enough to fix it. There is no doubt this decision, if maintained, will be the start of a fall that they will be unable to coarse correct once it starts. We deserve care from people who actually stand with us. The "No Pride" Institute made their choice. So now we make ours.

I love pride. I’ve had some really good experiences here. But being kicked out as a trans girl one day before I can get into sober living and telling them I had absolutely no where to go and them not caring AS A TRANS… girl, rubbed me the wrong way. This place has went 85% down hill since TODD left. Howie is not helpful the ceo doesn’t even show his face or involved whatsoever. There’s a trailer outside where you shower because the shower being remodeled had worms coming out of the drain, told by a staff member. All the staff members also just sit and talk bad about each other. They cause more drama than the clients. It’s just not a place I’d go no longer to stay sober. Highly don’t recommend. Lattitudes if I ever need again!

The Pride Institute is a place of miracles. The healing and recovery that takes place here is life-changing. I cannot speak highly enough, of the dedication of the staff. From counselors to therapists, from the tech… staff to the cooks who prepare our daily meal, they are all 100% dedicated to the clients. In addition, the sense of community that is fostered here allow each individual to shine. You find yourself among peers who often have the same struggles that you have had. You truly find yourself supported, and definitely not alone. If you are serious about getting sober, and have the opportunity to get to the Pride Institute, you should definitely consider this one of your best options.

My experience at the Pride Institute was extremely impactful to me. I received the treatment that I needed in an atmosphere that was welcoming and accepting of my individuality. Being amongst my LGTBQ peers made the… experience of rehabilitation deeper. I highly recommend the Pride Institute.

I was very unimpressed with the service here I had had to call 4 times before I even got someone in office only to be told they couldn’t help me because of my schedule. They were not open to working with me at all Very… disappointed

Pride was such a wonderful treatment center to get my head together. Getting sober is tough but the people that work there are wonderful and understand and do all they can do to help each client. The clients themselves… are always welcoming to everyone and always there to help each other. I couldn't have done it by myself. I love the community that has excepted me. And I am proud to say that Pride will forever be a part of me, my life and my recovery.

I LOVE MY PRIDE FAMILY! Pride institute has had a tremendous impact on my recovery and most importantly, my spirituality. I have often get told “im a different woman” after graduating PRIDE! EACH and EVERY staff member… strives to offer compassionate/non judgmental care and support for the residents. Their curriculum includes several different types of recovery programs for you to choose from Care at pride is truly individualized and patient focused. Every one of their staff will be there arms open to support you regardless of where you stand and walk with you every step of the way! I %100 would recommend Pride Institute to any loved one and hoping to work with them in the near future to strengthen my recovery and self esteem even more than I already have while working with them. 5 star rating truly deserved. ⭐️

Pride is a fundamental institution offering comprehensive co occurring mental and substance programs for those in the Lgbtg2IA+ community who struggle with addiction and mental health in Mn and across the country. I… have been a resident, visitor and have worked with pride through a CPRS program bringing peer services to individuals. This institution was the beginning of a foundation that continues to carry me through my decisions daily. It is an inclusive refuge where lives can truly begin, through the gift of recovery. Thanks for all you have done and will continue to do. I love my Pride Family.

Literally the best treatment center I have been to. I received everything I needed and experienced everything that I wanted. I could completely be myself without any judgement. In my 90 days there, there was not one day… that I felt I was wandering aimlessly or stunting in growth. Everyday gave a new experience and a new lesson learned. From the warm welcome from Ms. Keke and Jessica in admissions, to the guidance and life lessons from techs… not to mention the kitchen staff (Crystal, Tirzah and Jack), I was in good hands. With the help Adam ,Katarina and my counselor Erich, my transition into aftercare was seamless. I was truly cared for. Love my pride family.
