Friendly and helpful staff made my transfer from Cincinnati quick and easy. I drive 30 minutes, passed all D.T, and can get a week’s take-home, but the front office and consular have an update gap. Overall, my… experience is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
I'd go to Brightview Treatment center....I would NOT recommend crossroads treatment center to anyone. I had my monthly take homes, each month I would see the counselor about my drugscreens, each month was the same… thing... "Drugscreens look clean " then when they found out I was switching clinics, then all of a sudden they're saying I failed for neurotins for the past year, which isn't the case. They would have immediately taken my take homes away. Also, when I told the doctor (Jessica) they knew they had problems with the lab that they use for their drugscreens which is clinical science laboratory. They've been using this lab for years, and they know many patients have had issues with false/positives .she looked at me and said "well fortunately we no longer use that lab." I guess she forgot the name of the lab was labled on the drugscreens they printed out which was....Clinical Science Laboratory. Not to mention they owe my husband money. The director gave my husband a list of insurance companies that cover the clinic, then 11 months later we find out they never took his insurance. The place is a joke.
I have only been going there for a year now they are fast and so friendly, caring, supportive understanding i have a A bond with each nurse their
Very helpful, was a seamless transfer from Brightview to Crossroads.
I started with this center a week after the grand opening and I truly believe that it’s one of the better centers! The only thing that I can say negatively about this center is the lack of personnel! However the team we… have is very talented and they go above and beyond to help you in your everyday struggles or challenges! In doing so they will also hold you accountable for your own actions!!
My experience has been great they all do a wonderful job and they try to answer any questions you have and go out of there way to see everyone is taken care of great! Bunch of people especially window #3.
Best place I’ve been to. Very caring and helpful with their clients.
I love cross roads !!! It has saved my life and all the staff are amazing and friendly and very help full.. 10 out of 10 !!! Would recommend to anyone serious about getting clean !!!!
Very caring staff all across the board. Great experience an highly recommend.
Way different than any other clinic. They make you feel comfortable to be honest. You are in and out quickly. no long lines that embarrassingly put you on display out to the public. I think this will really work this… time with a support system like them.
Been going there since 2017 you know everywhere has its ups and downs but I'm still there for a reason and not somewhere else because I feel like they show up and do a great job. And I always love to stay faithful to… the place I have been at for 8 years. They have saved my life and help.me.to be the better version of myself.
This is a great clinic Vince and all the nurses and doctor are the best they all show they care and are truly amazing
Crossroads is a blessing to me & alot of people. Thank all thats good for the people who work here. They are the most caring group of people I've ever met. Our Healthcare system needs more people like the nurses,… doctors, administration, counselors & everyone else that work there at crossroads. Our society as whole would be so healed. Immediately upon entering into the building, the people there make you feel welcome. I only recently became aware of this place, or that places like this one, even exists. Its the most earnestly caring health-care group that we luckily have & I've ever known or been a part of 💪. 10 outta 10 I wholly recommend 💯
I have been going to crossroads for about 3 months now. I don’t have any complaints so far. I went to another clinic for 13 years and paid $532 a month I only ever got 2 weeks and they only give a week they just made a… special acception for some of us since we did everything we were supposed to for a long time. At crossroads I don’t pay anything it’s covered by my insurance. But even if I paid out of pocket it would still be $6 less PER DAY! Which is $364 a month. Thats amazing to me. The staff have all been great. I don’t really know if I like my counselor so far but that’s partly because the First Lady I met there was AMAZING. She was helping with my anxiety. She was extremely knowledgeable. I loved her. My counselor is new so I’m giving him a chance but I love the nurses they are amazing. So far everyone I have met has been great except my counselor and it’s mostly just because he is unorganized and didn’t bring up my month take homes at the meeting like he was supposed to but again he is new so I’m not mad about it. I do have my month now so I’m happy. Overall I absolutely LOVE this okacey
I went to EITC in Indiana for 13 years. So in comparison, I paid over $500 a month for my meds, at crossroads they accept my medical card: they are still cheaper by $6 a day than EITC even without medical card. Also… EITC only gives a week on takehomes. I get a month now at crossroads. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. I don’t have a single bad thing to say. I’m so glad I switched
The people inside here welcomed me with open arms. They truly care about people no matter their past or their present. They help you towards a brighter future and they actually listen to you.
Vince, the nurses, the doctors, and the counselors all are amazing. They treat you like a human being like a close friend. If I didn't switch to crossroads, I would not have 11 years sober. They've helped patients get… help with paying for treatment, they find resources to help you with transportation, treatment payments, baby and kid diapers, the previous Christmas the church next door, sponsored our kiddos buying them lots of toys and clothing for Christmas. Just know when you become a patient here, your becoming a new member of a amazing and caring family!!!! I think 11 years sober speaks volumes
The Crossroads Center is a really great place, that is very well run compared to other treatment centers. All levels of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. And you almost never have to wait more… than a couple minutes. The whole process is very well organized and operates effectively and efficiently.
So far it's been a great experience.
By far the BEST clinic I’ve been to. It’s a small town vibe and wait is never long. They work hard for you and your needs. They honor take homes and they want you to get your take homes as well, it’s not held over your… head. The counselors strive to help you in any possible way. It’s easy to switch from your clinic to this one. We have definitely made progress in so many positive ways since switching also. Can’t wait to continue on my path in life with the assistance of these wonderful, caring, and most helpful friends that I’ve made here!!!!
I’ve been attending a clinic for several years that I would drive 45 min one way. Then I heard about Crossroads which was only 10 min from my house. I was very nervous about making the switch. I made the phone call and… they had answered all my questions so I had made the decision to switch. This was the best decision I’ve ever made the staff at Crossroads was very friendly and the wait time was only a few minutes which is not bad compared to 30 minutes at the other clinic I went to. If you’re thinking about switching clinics or thinking about going to a clinic I highly recommend Crossroads. Crossroads is the best clinic I’ve ever been to and the counselors are on top of getting your take homes for you also.
This place is probably the best clinic i have ever been to. Everyone works hard here. They have two hardworking nurse's. The director is a really good guy as well. The counselor do there best to help u in any way they… can. The dr they have on staff is very professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to start recovery and a new way of life! And there is nurse named Kim who works there. She is the best. Has a great smile. Makes me laugh everyday I come in when I get to see her. I hope she stays and doesn't leave!
This place had been my first try at methadone treatment, after years of struggling with a intravenous opiate addiction & other forms of MAT (Medically assisted treatment) unfortunately hadn't worked for me. I was… hesitant at first because of the horrible misinformation & stigma surrounding Methadone (I quickly realized those were exactly 💯 crap & only stops & deters others from accessing this form of treatment for so many that are struggling with opiate/fentanyl addiction themselves) Getting up to a stable dose & also having a great counselor that truly cares & a doctor who truly listens to me made all the difference. I felt so silly for not attempting Methadone sooner. Please don't let the stigma stop you because this medicine has dramatically changed my life & the lives of so many others for the better. My quality of life has dramatically changed & this particular location has some wonderful nurses & counselors that have helped me heal & thrive in life again. The employees at Crossroads helped me with discovering new healthy ways to deal & cope with life's ups & down ,along with the medication. It has given me back a quality of life back (that in the depths of my addiction) I never thought I'd experience again. To anyone considering trying to overcome their own substance abuse struggles I urge you to come to crossroads & give this medication a genuine try bc my life is changed in the best possible way. I'm happy when I wake up now for the first time in years. (I feel silly for not coming sooner, don't let the rumors, stigma & misinformation stop you bc this stuff may be just the thing to get your life back ☺️)
Very unorganized they are that there are super long wait times because they all sit and talk to one another about things that aren't related to why they are there.. they are very unprofessional
This place is not a good clinic at all! They are very unorganized and they update without telling everyone. For example they close early on Saturdays now and didnt tell their patients so I went to the clinic today and… they were closed so I have to go without my medicine for 2 days. They dont care about your feelings. It's all about making money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
It's has saved my life I don't get high off the methadone but it makes me feel normal. I didn't have a desire to live but I have that back I have been using some type of pain pill, herion, LSD, pot, nerve pills, alcohol… and so on for over 35 years of my 53 years and believe me it works with the methadone and counseling also a doctor once an awhile is all included in the price of $13 a day cash but they do take insurance like Medicare or medicaid and other insurance . So I use to spend way more than $13 a day everyday on dope so this is so much more affordable and safe. I got tired of putting my family an friends 2nd to my drugs an the lies an theft an legal troubles are over due to my situation has changed I don't need or have those bad behaviors anymore or legal issues. How nice that is not to look over my shoulder .I love me and my family.Life is good. Please give Crossroads a chance it just may save your life like mine an staff is awesome. There are several locations in All states I believe. Love ❤️ life sincerely Jodie
