This place has made my recovery possible. Ms. Pam their CPS, saved my two kids and I from being homeless by providing resources. Ms. Pam makes you feel like you can tell her anything and you're heard without feeling… judged. New Season would not be successful without Ms. Pam working with their patients and everyone in the building knows the love she pours into this community.

I just left after 11 years and they really helped me change my life. They've came a long way in trying to make things better all around. Elicia is the best! I love her too death. And there's plenty of other good people… throughout the years. If you need help it's a great place to go.

This place is the worst, not in compliance at all, some patients do not have correct lock boxes, patients use other patients lock boxes, this place is very short staffed, they can't keep anybody, also , I see how they… treat there employees and it's just sad, management only cares about when Carf and the DEA comes to the facility. you have professional counselors sleeping with the patients, you have people selling drugs in the parking lot, patients selling their methadone, management knows but they don't care

I have been going here for a very long time, this place is not perfect but I can easily say the Current Program Director (Ms Christina) and the nurses (Jo and Shelby) have really done Alot to fix the issues. Before this… director there have been times where the wait was over 5 hours! It no longer is like that, she's very nice, the counselors I have encountered are also nice and tend to help. I give the current staff a ton of credit, dealing with really difficult patients and fixing the wait time issues, It's not perfect. I'm sure they're still fixing things but I could definitely say that this facility is so much better than it has been in the past. Great job to the

Sylvia, the bigger lady, she's a dose nurse. She ignores orders from counselors and HATES to see anyone succeed. Does not matter your race or gender, she does not want you to succeed in this program. Neither does… Deborah the counselor. I highly recommend Alicia and the other dose nurses and the drug test nurses and the shorter light skinned chunky handsome man that is either a counselor or security, I am unsure but he makes everyone smile and shows love to everyone. The doctor is also kind and soothing. Dolly is always trying help in some way, plus she's a total sweetheart. Monique is a fantastic multitasker and if you treat her with respect she will treat you twice as well. Alicia is always busy because everybody and everything gets redirected to her, but if you do get the chance to deal with her she is positively lovely and knows how to deescalate any situation. As for Sylvia and Deborah - its as if they only want their jobs to harm people and feel like an authority figure and look down on people. How Sylvia has not lost her job yet, I am amazed. The turn over rate is fairly high though. That's the only logical reason I can think of.

Just like any other methadone clinic that just hands out meds. Just recently got a new counselor tho that seems nice & she just got hired so she isn’t damaged yet 😩😂😂

Ive been a patient for over 10 years at Augusta Metro Clinic. Ive also seen and used numerous clinics across the country. (Due to work.) This is the only clinic to this day that struggles or mostly just doesn't care… about making sure their patients are set for when they guess dose. To this day i still cringe and worry until im able to dose out of town. Not to long ago I needed to G.D.for 4 days . Augusta Metro Clinic never filled out the paperwork for me. They new I would be unable to dose for 4 days on account of them and was told 'The only thing I can tell you is when you start feeling bad find a emergency room". I would not recommend this clinic if you work out of town to anyone. Absolutely not!

I'm a regular patient at this facility. There is a high level of professionalism from the staff from the nurses down to the receptionist. The appointments with the Dr. Are very informative concerning all aspects of your… health whether it be physical, mental or spiritual. The counseling sessions are not long however they provide you with individual steps that YOU need for YOUR recovery because WE ALL RECOVER DIFFERENT, and this clinic realizes that.

Long wait times but 2 times I have made it to there 5 min before they supposed to close and they are closed already. They don't know what it's like to be on it so they do care if u get it. And one day they are yelling… at u to stand 6 feet apart the next day they put over 70 people in the building so they could locked the door when it was time to close. Risk lives over making sure they don't dose one person who is a sec late. It uses to be a great place but has fell off

Horrible wait times. Nurses are really nice but the manager doesnt do anything about the wait times . I have to arrive at 4am just to maybe be at work by 6am. People can get fired for being late to work our lives depend… on us making money so we can live but this place doesnt seem to care about you at all. Especially the manager

I was on pills for 7 years. Lost almost everything I had. I found this place and it changed my life. 2 years ago I was broke and I couldn't even buy my kids a candy bar. Now I have over 12k saved in the bank. If you are… reading this post, give this place a try. If you wanna change and are willing to work for it. Your life will be night and day. I'm praying for you,who are reading my post. Do it, for your family and for your self. There is a new day. And it's very bright. Just got to believe in your self. The staff here at metro are awesome and care about your well-being. Please leave the addiction behind. It's a wonderful feeling waking up every morning and not chasing pills Knowing you beat this disease. Look in the mirror and tell your self. You are special, tell your self your done. I can do.
