Been working with Stacy at Balanced Living Therapy for almost a year and it has been a pleasure to find someone who’s as understanding and patient as she is.
Highly recommend! Claire has been a wonderful partner in helping me explore and solve the challenges I bring to each session.
We met with Abigail but there could never be any resolution. She is not interested in seeing evidence to support my story. A spouse can go in there and lie but there is never any request to check the facts. So it’s just… a waste of time to continue

Nice atmosphere for the most part. However, Jessica is very unprofessional and rude. She might want to consider dropping therapy and being a project manager full time.
I would be called and have my sessions cancelled multiple times same day notice or asked to do remote sessions which I specifically went to them so I could have in person. The last straw for me was canceling with less… than an hours notice. I live quite a bit away and find it extremely unprofessional the amount of times there have been changes same day. As a client I get charged if I cancel same day and to not even give an hours notice is absurd.
