I was really struggling when I started at NuLife. I hadn’t prioritized my mental health in so long, and had reached my breaking point. Even just my intake interview with Rebecca helped me relax and realize I was in the… right hands and that things were going to be okay. The clinicians at NuLife are all wonderful and so supportive and helpful. I learned so much in the daily groups, which did not feel solely clinical- there was lots of laughter and camaraderie, too. It really made me feel like I wasn’t as alone as I had thought. At the end of my time there, I felt so much better mentally, had so many new skills to use when dealing with my horrible anxiety, and I was ready to face life again. Thank you so much to Rebecca, Heather, Becca, Chris and Dr. Azi!!

What stuck with me was the aftercare planning. Before I finished IOP, I had a therapist, a psychiatrist appointment, and a relapse-prevention plan already in place. They set me up to actually keep going

Clean space, professional staff, and I never waited long to be seen. The parking situation was a little tight some mornings, but that’s a minor thing against how much the program helped me.

I cannot say enough positive things about Nulife and the incredible team that works there. This program truly saved my life. When I came to Nulife, I was in one of the darkest and most difficult periods of my life. I… felt like I was constantly surviving instead of living. My goal was to stop just surviving and start thriving, and thanks to this program, I can honestly say that I am doing exactly that. Every clinician and staff member treated me with compassion, respect, and genuine care. They created a safe environment where I felt seen, heard, and supported throughout my healing journey. The skills, tools, and coping strategies I learned have completely changed the way I approach life’s challenges. I know there will still be curveballs along the way, but I now feel equipped to handle them while maintaining my mental stability. I would especially like to recognize Chris. I formed a very special connection with him during my time in the program. His willingness to share parts of his own story helped me more than words can express. Knowing that someone truly understood what I was going through gave me hope when I needed it most, and I will always be grateful for the impact he had on my recovery. One of the unexpected gifts of this program was the connections I made with other participants. Being surrounded by people who truly understood what I was going through made such a difference in my healing. I am especially grateful for the group of women I met during treatment. To this day, we still have a group chat where we support one another, celebrate victories, offer encouragement during difficult times, and remind each other that none of us are alone. The friendships and sense of community I found at Nulife have been just as valuable as the clinical skills I learned. Today, I am a new person because of Nulife. The growth, healing, confidence, and support system I gained there have changed my life in ways I never thought possible. If you are struggling and wondering whether this program can help, my answer is simple: it absolutely can. Nulife gave me hope, taught me how to thrive instead of merely survive, and helped me find my way back to myself. Thank you to Chris and the entire Nulife team for everything you do. You changed my life, and I will be forever grateful. ❤️

My Tufts care coordinator mentioned this facility to me and it turned out to be a great fit!!! I am so grateful to Rebecca and the other clinicians who made each day count in my journey to become mentally and physically… healthier with their intensive outpatient program. I learned sooo much about myself and how to move forward from an extremely low point of my life. I also met really amazing new friends and I know we will continue to support each other for years to come! This place deserves MORE than 5 stars! ⭐️

My experience at Nu Life Behavioral Health in Worcester, under the care of Rebecca, has absolutely changed my life for the better. When I came in for my intake session, I had very little hope left. I felt completely… defeated, disconnected from myself, and unsure if anything could help me at that point. Within the first five minutes of meeting Rebecca, she was able to get through to me in a way no one else had. She became the catalyst for everything that followed in my healing journey. Rebecca has an incredible ability to truly understand her clients without judgment. She takes the time to get to know each person, creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Her ability to connect with people so naturally is both admirable and inspiring. I can honestly say that I would not be where I am today if I hadn't taken that leap of faith and fully trusted the process from that very first conversation. The growth, healing, and self-discovery I've experienced have been life-changing. One of the most meaningful parts of my experience at Nu Life has been the connections I've made with others in the program. Sitting in a group with people during some of our most vulnerable moments, supporting one another when we felt like we had little support elsewhere, created bonds, memories, and genuine friendships, that I will carry with me forever. If you are struggling, have tried other facilities, and feel like you still haven't found the right fit, I encourage you to give Nu Life a chance. Walking through those doors was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Nu Life truly helped me begin building my new life.

I was part of NuLife for 16 weeks & from the first week to now I can confidently say that the clinicians have helped me through my MDD, & other diagnoses/life obstacles. This program is also noninvasive. You heal at… YOUR own pace. How the curriculum is designed it allows you to learn coping skills that can be universal towards everyday problems, to trauma based situations, & substance use recovery. Considering this is a dual diagnosis program it educates you on both sides of the same coin. I’ve learned to deal with my issues in a supportive environment, not only by the clinicians but also by my peers. Group can be intimidating at first yet I believing how the clinicians operate it is a welcoming environment. You go at your own pace. Nothing is forced. They create a recovery journey where you are given the tools and YOU get to build what recovery looks like to you. My best advice for those who are considering IOP/PHP, enroll here. It saved my life. There’s peer support, clinical support, & so much more. I’ve been able to create a new & healed version of myself with the help of this program. It is worth it. It gets better. 🦋

NuLife has completely changed my life. I was extremely surprised by the speed in which I got into the program! When I initially called, I was able to get my evaluation the next day and started the IOP the day after… that! The clinicians are very accommodating and understanding. They understand how to meet someone where they are and slowly introduce the skills to help them progress further.

This program has helped my recovery from life long anxiety and depression in ways I never thought possible. The councilors at Nulife have created a wonderful community of support within this program. My mental health… has improved tremendously since attending this program and I am so grateful. I feel more prepared for life with coping tools, mindfulness skills, and education about the struggles of mental health in general. I'm so glad I found New Life.

I've been at NuLife for 4 weeks and have been experiencing a huge relief of symptoms. They support my sobriety and mental health. The groups are engaging and are well organized. I wish they had better parking. I pay $9… a day to park in the garage across the street but that is the only downside. The other patients are kind and welcoming. If you are trying to stay sober or need relief of depression or anxiety then please try NuLife.

Nulife in Worcester will change your life! I have been attending Nulife for about 5 weeks and I have already seen a positive difference in myself. Liz, Meg, Ross and Brenda will have your back every step of the way.… From the intake process to insurance to figuring out FMLA, they do it all because they want you to succeed and get better. Whether you have a mental illness or an addiction their individual and group therapy is scientifically based and you will learn coping skills and strategies to help you get better. They balance the groups to allow time for reflection, self expression and learning and one day a week Revive comes and we have the opportunity to participate in stretching and movement that helps heal the mind and body! It may not be easy to focus on yourself, but they make it fun in a healing and supportive environment. If you have doubts, call and schedule a tour and you won't be disappointed!

I have struggled with depression and anxiety for over 20 yrs. I have been on numerous medications and have attended other treatment centers over the years but nothing really seemed to help. I turned to NuLife for help… and I am so glad I did! They provide both individual and group therapy sessions, both of which have been very helpful to me. Due to my depression being resistant to medication, I have been receiving TMS treatments which have helped me TREMENDOUSLY! Prior to attending NuLife I felt completely hopeless. Since attending NuLife, my outlook on life has completely changed. My energy levels have been steadily improving. For the first time in years I can honestly say I am full of hope for my future. My quality of life has definitely improved. Liz and Meg are the best! I highly recommend receiving treatment here.

Nulife Behavioral Health has provided me with a truly incredible experience that I am so grateful for. Every member of their staff has made me feel genuinely welcome even on the hard days. Their cohesive, multimodal,… and holistic approach includes movement therapy with Revive (fitness addiction recovery specialists) weekly, music therapy, group therapy, art therapy, and individual therapy which has been fantastic. Elizabeth, Meghan, Brenda, and Keana are such strong women have provided such a safe space for myself and others in our group, and their passion for recovery is palpable within this space. Our group environment here to process and learn tools has been nothing short of magical. This place, the staff, and my fellow members have truly become family to me and I am so grateful I found this place. If you are struggling with mental health, addiction, or are dual diagnosis-guess what? You are NOT alone and you deserve help. I learned here from Meg the mantra that “where there is breath there is hope” and it is more true than I ever could have imagined. Believe it and give this place a call.-Leah

As a patient, coming here was really intimidating. It’s been a little over three months that I’ve avoided people because of traumatic experiences. My first group meeting made me feel like I am not alone and people at… Nulife are able to help me with my struggles with PTSD, Bipolar and Anxiety. I met people in the group who are coping with same situations and it’s made me feel comfortable to share with them and speak openly about myself. I’ve finally found hope for a better future and it’s big thanks to Nulife.
