People are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help.
The staff at the Grant County Outpatient Center are wonderful. They're always willing to go the extra mile. The facility is really nice and updated. It's a comfortable setting for mental health services.
I give these people zero stars they dont deserve any! They used to be CHNK and they changed they're name because they treat people like crap there! Your not a person at all but just a dollar sign to them! I have 4 kids… i brung my oldest here for help! I fractured my foot in 2 places both my cars have broke this month ive been in the process of transitioning my son back into school as hes only been half days for a while so ive been back amd forth meetings at the school ontop of all that 3 of my kids are sick im sick and I accidentally missed an appointment and they cant even understand a little bit!!!!!!!! Just because hes missed 2 appointments already this year! The ones who are supposed to be helping my son leaves him hanging high and dry at the time when he really needs them the most!!!!!! What a place! I know most places have the 3 strikes and your out policy but when a person has so much going on and they're doing they're best but still make mistakes they should really be more understanding! Accidents happen and they shouldn't just kick someone out because they simply forgot an appointment just reschedule it and move on! But no! They cant do that! They treat you like your pile of crap! Literally! It wouldnt suprise me if there name was changed due to lawsuits!!!! Either way dont waste your time here! Especially if your poor and bad things happen to you alot! Then definitely dont go here! I promise theyll treat you bad, even if they dont at first! Once they find out your poor its over your just a piece of crap to them! They only people who ever worked there who cared for my son and actually helped him quit before they changed the name from chnk to one quest they must have seen this coming!
My granddaughter has been scheduled as a new patient, twice. The first visit wouldn’t connect with the provider on our end so we had to reschedule, for 2 months later. They scheduled her with 2 different providers at… the same time, weird but okay. Finally the day comes for the second (new patient) appointment and we’re connected and waiting for the provider(s) to connect, we bounced back and forth between both and waited twenty minutes and no one joined. They called me 2 hours later to let me know the “provider was having connection issues.” Is this place even real? Or a front lmao what do you have to do to have an IN PERSON VISIT??? I take off work for these appointments, miss out on money. And they keep wasting our time. I will not be rescheduling with them.
Very impressed with their professional hospitality. Our town needs more supportive services to help maintain healthy families and I definitely plan to share their information and inform families like my own of their… services. Merry Christmas and Welcome to Grant County Chnk! The Kidwell Family
