Scheduling an appointment is a breeze, the check-in process is great, I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen, the team members are phenomenal they are friendly , helpful and patient. I get all of my tests… here because of the professional team members.
They did NOT send my claim to my insurance company as they told me it wasn’t a covered procedure. Made me pay $99 as a self pay patient. THIS WAS INCORRECT … my insurance DOES cover it and my copay would have been $80.… Now I overpaid AND didn’t even have it count towards my deductible… very disappointed by this.

Great experience from the moment I stepped foot in the building until I left, everyone was so kind, helpful, and made me feel happy to be there despite being double booked and having to wait an extra hour for my… appointment! I was happy to wait due to the quiet atmosphere and the friendly staff made it easy to enjoy my time. The man that helped me at check-in (he was at the desk closest to the doors), was exceptionally friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my wait.
The staff at BayCare-Carillon Outpatient Imaging went above and beyond with both an insurance issue plus an issue I was having with a prior surgery. Before having my MRI, they took the time to get things correct and… were so kind during the time it took to get things corrected. Thank you!
