I have been seeing Alisha Martin for years and I couldn't possibly think of ever seeing anyone else. She knows me so well and never judges me. I truly appreciate the role she's played in my life!

Dr Alisha Martin is very well compassionate,very kind ,and wants only the best……she has help me through a rough 4 months and I know she deserves a shout out! Dawn was vey nice to speak with. I had a small issue with billing but it was resolved quickly. Great customer service on their end. Five star.

My psychiatrist ,Dawn, is excellent! I love Mindflul Care and the fact that they are virtual. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Incorrectly billed. I was charged a copay for multiple visit when my insurance pays for telehealth appointments. I even have an EOB showing I was not responsible and they still have not refunded me. Scam. Run!

Worst company for answer phone calls to figure anything out, just kept getting transferred and no one would answer or the people that do answer can’t help

My counselor (I won’t say her name) but she’s by far the best I’ve ever had. I’m 43 and have been through many counselors but she has pushed and challenged me like no another and I’ve had so much growth in 2 months.

I’m grateful for finding this type of therapy. I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and have been a recluse most of the time. I lost the ability to walk just as the Covid warnings began. I’m very appreciative of this service… in order for me to have an intellectual conversation with someone. We’ve all seen a character on tv galvanizing experiences had in their past, eventually realizing the terms of their previous relationships. I remember this and burst into tears my first Mindful session. It was then put in a group therapy which I couldn’t find any relief. I don’t even tolerate group interviews when I was searching for work. I enjoy speaking to my therapist on a somewhat weekly basis.

I liked the practitioners but didn’t like the front office. Billing confusion. Scheduling problems. Finally became too problematic. For the record, 20 minute “micro-therapy” appointments are not long enough to do much.

Kiva is a caring therapist and makes me feel appreciated and cared for.

I was a bit skeptical about Mindful Care and micro therapy in the beginning. Now I'm a true believer. I utilize their individual therapy, group therapy and med management. I have gained practical skills and noticed a… significant reduction of symptoms. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Mindful Care makes getting help so easy with no stress. I have been seeing someone for almost a year now and I love my sessions. Thank you MC ❤️

My 20 min appointment were short , they never sent links to pay my co pay and always inconveniently and automatically schedule your next appointment . I’m afraid I won’t be continuing therapy here .

I love having virtual meetings from home and mindful care give that. My therapist Michelle is wonder and very helpful

I love my psych/therapist. They’re definitely the best. However I do dislike the whole 20 minute micro sessions. 20 minutes just isn’t enough time. I was approved for 40 minutes for therapy but it took months of being… on a waitlist - and i still have a few more weeks before those start. I also called them once saying how I was reverting back to suicidal ideations and they said they’d tell my psych but I have yet to hear from anyone about it - so that kinda sucks. Otherwise, still great online mental health care.

Very difficult to get ahold of for existing patients, They do not return calls, they charge $100 if you try canceling an appointment within 24 hours, tried charging me the $100 fee when I called before 24 hours. Only… reason I gave it 2 stars is because my psychiatrist Sara has been excellent and her services are phenomenal.

The grief counselor Andrea psychiatrist soldedad are good they do what is expected . However, the customer service/support team Sucks at this company because for you to get it out of work note for service you’ve been… using for multiple times is like pulling teeth. I requested it on my first session second session and third session it’s been 20 days and I haven’t received anything, when I keep reaching out to customer support I keep getting the runaround. I’m not sure how anyone is supposed to heal mentally when they can’t get anything to help protect the jobs that’s supposed to keep our roof over their head. More added Anxiety, possibly thinking that you might lose your job on top of going through other depression
