Seascape Recovery Center – Watsonville

This place is not your ordinary rehab facility. They go beyond your standard rehabilitation and literally "Elevate" your life to a new level you didn't think was ever possible before. The program is structured in a way… that you desire to learn more and give more into the healing process. If you take the necessary steps and put your heart into the program you will come out with a newfound appreciation for life and all that surrounds you. Please take this step, as my husband did, to embrace your life and get the healing you deserve and owe yourself.

I think this is a wonderful rehab, the facilities are beautiful, the food is amazing (I have never even had food this good at a restaurant), and above all they have really helped my husband. Obviously anyone that first… goes to rehab isn’t happy with their situation but in just two short months he was a changed person. The work they have them do on themselves got him to finally see why drugs and alcohol are no way of life. He’s finally sober and actually enjoying it! This rehab helped him so much he actually chose to stay LONGER, and I am for once excited for what the future can bring.

Elevate runs a terrific program for drug and alcohol addiction. They were extremely helpful throughout my whole program and supported me through every step. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need help with… addiction, do yourself a favor and reach out to them. Also, the food is absolutely top notch.

Elevate really gave me the tools and opportunity to save my own life. I was dealing with severe anxiety, depression, and health issues from my alcoholism but this program saved me. It wasn’t just about getting off… drugs, it was about getting to the root of why one uses drugs in the first place and working on those problems and finding ways to cope with life issues that come up for everyone. I would 100% recommend elevate to anyone looking into getting help for substance abuse.

Ten years ago, I was going through the program. After the program I relapsed and stayed in the lifestyle for about 3 more years roughly but each bout of sobriety I had from elevate, to the time before I got sober for… good 6.5 years ago, I remembered the things I was taught at elevate. Mindfulness and my love of yoga started there for me. Being introduced to those things changed my life. And what’s even more special is that, so many people I was in the program with, I still keep in contact with today. And THEY are all sober too 🫶🏻 Thank you, elevate!!!

Elevate has been a life changing experience. The staff is very professional and compassionate. The community of clients is very special and the morale is unlike anywhere else. Elevate is a place that made my dreams come true, to fully engage in the life that I only ever dreamed of living but was too scared to commit to. Honestly I just didn't know how, but they met me right where I was and supported me on my journey to incorporating breathe, movement, nutrition, meditation, and community into my everyday life. The place, the staff, the clients, is what makes Elevate Addiction Services what it is and it changed me and transformed me radically from the inside out. This is the best program I have ever gone through. I love how it incorporates fitness which helped me bounce back quicker than ever mentally and physically.

All I can say is wow. I came here for some issues I’ve had my entire life childhood trauma which led to the use of hard drugs and isolation. Not knowing or talking about how I feel, I thought that that was just what a… man was supposed to be . This place taught me how to deal with everything. I never thought I’d say I’d never smoke weed again, but here I am. I’ll never smoke weed again. I just thought it was a part of me. Boy was I wrong. This place is truly amazing.

On the outside it looks like the perfect recovery center, but be wary of the fine print. We reached out to Elevate Addiction back in the middle of January on the behalf of my dad who was suffering with his addiction to… Xanax and Oxycodone. We immediately got a reply back from the intake consultant who was more than ecstatic to have him in their facility and was willing to take him in immediately. We admitted my dad on Jan 21st. During the intake, we sat down with a gentleman named Mike. Mike was nice to show us around the facility but seemed very hurried during the signing of the contract and gave us the bare minimum information about what is actually in the document. He stated that we can hurry through this because he “had another intake right after us”. What he failed to mention were some key points about how their company operated. In the contract, it states that each day in detox spent at Elevate cost $1,500.00 which makes no sense since the whole program cost us around $26,000.00. He also failed to mention that if we do get a refund that it would take 120 days to get that refund back… We had put down only half payment of around $13,000.00 for the program and $821.00 into my dad’s account for any needs / goods he would need during the program. Fast forward, my dad was sent to the ER a couple times through his stay with them and Elevate deemed him not healthy enough to continue the program. We then got notified that we would get a refund of only $7,500.00 and no mention of the $821.00 we put in his account. The “financial director” Jordan has been incredible tough to get a hold of, not responding to emails and no direct line to talk to. When we called on Friday, January 30th. The individual at the front desk told me it would be hard for Jordan to get back to us that day since they prioritize Fridays for the employees to get paid. I requested to get a formal letter from Elevate stating that they are releasing my dad and that he is not leaving the facility by his own will, as of right now I do not have any letter. Since my dad left the rehab facility on January 30th, we have not been able to get a hold of anyone at Elevate to answer simple questions. The lack of communication is disgusting and I would never refer anyone to them. As of now the only emails I have from Jordan or anyone else at the facility is stating “you should’ve read the fine print” and that “ you’ll only be getting back $7,500.00 of the original $13,000.00”. This is not okay and should not be okay. You’ll see reading on their BBB profile that this is not the first time it’s happened.

Thank you elevate for being a jam up place and helping me get back too sobriety for the first time in my adult life. I appreciate you guys more than you’ll ever know!

I have been through other treatment facilities in the past; but Elevate has by far been the best experience I could’ve hoped for. Recovery isn’t just the ability to abstain from substances, but the capability of… transforming from within. Our experience with Elevate Addiction Services has been truly life-changing. From the very beginning, the director, family liaisons, counselors, therapists, continuing care coordinators, house dad's - we felt genuine… compassion and care from everyone we had the pleasure of interacting with. We were kept informed of how our son was doing every step of the way. It never felt like we were alone in this. Everyone at Elevate was fighting for our son right alongside of us. The love and compassion shown to our son meant everything. Today, he is living clean & sober, feeling confident in the tools and foundation Elevate equipped him with. Elevate welcomed him with open arms. Watching him complete the program and graduate has been one of the proudest moments of our lives. We are so deeply grateful for Elevate and the loving and compassionate professionals who work there. Elevate is an amazing program! It helped me dig into my mental health leading to my addiction, tons of awesome and useful coping skills, and overall just a beautiful place. It helps you appreciate things that you could… be taking for granted. It has amazing views with a great community and staff. Staff was so supportive of my recovery and always made sure I was comfortable during my stay here. I would recommend Elevate over any other rehab I have been to. Elevate really saved me!

Elevate helped save my son's life! One year ago, I was on a desperate search for a place that would help my son quit drinking. I went online and was so overwhelmed with all the choices! I called a couple places and was… not impressed with what they offered. I prayed to God He would lead me to the right place, and He did! The 3rd place I called, this nice guy named Josh answered, and right away, we connected. I asked questions, he asked questions. What I loved about what he said, was that they did not rely on prescribing a bunch of meds to "fix" my son, but offered an in depth program that included exercise as part of the journey to recovery, and to ultimately learn to not rely on anything to self medicate ever again. Ding! I knew he would love something like this, and the more Josh talked, the more I wanted to get my son on a plane! Of course, the final decision was up to him, and at that point, he was ready for a major change, and trusted my judgement. Thank God! Within days, my son was up north and that was the beginning of his new life because today marks his ONE YEAR from not having a drop of alcohol! In fact, he liked Elevate so much, he stayed up there, trained heavily for 3 months, and is now an employee who helps counsel new clients. He earned Employee of the Month last month and I couldn't be more proud of the hard work he did and does for himself. I can't thank Elevate enough for the part they played in his recovery. It was divine intervention and I'm so grateful he chose himself and continues to live out his purpose. Thank you to the team at Elevate!

Awesome they taught me why I do the things I do and helped me face trauma. Also it’s evidence based and not the same thing some stockbroker used for treatment in the 1940s
