She’s the best. Dr Haley is all my kids pediatrician. Ages 16, 15, 5 & 4

Dr Allison Haley is patient and a good listener, so is her nurse Ms. Woodus who is exceptionally as wonderful as herself. They go over and beyond in answering each questions asked and making us comfortable. I always… look forward to each visits and I have had excellent satisfaction with my baby’s visits.

Was referred for services. Had an intake, took time off work to attend, and was in my virtual appointment waiting when I got a call from the front desk that my provider did not have wifi and had to cancel. I then… rescheduled for another day, and took time off work again, just to get a call an hour before my intake that this provider had something come up and had to cancel again. So now I took 2 hours off work and cannot take more time off and unable to get the services I desperately need. Extremely upsetting, distressing, and unprofessional experience. I cannot receive services or take more time off work and do not have capacity to reschedule continually. I cannot emphasize how horrible this experience was and continues to be.

I had a professional and excellent experience

Dr. Haley ( Pediatrician ) is very professional. She listened to all of my concerns as a parent, without making me feel rushed or unheard. She also takes the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions,… and assisted me with making sure my children have what they need. She is very observant and handled my children with such great care.. This made the entire visit comfortable from start to finish. I truly appreciate the compassionate care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Haley to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.

I'm at this clinic today. I came in an emergency and they tricked me into thinking they would treat me. I was in a very critical condition and they kept me sitting for two hours without any answers. Very bad service and… attention from the receptionists.

This is my second time leaving an appointment in tears due to poor provider communication/customer service. S/o to the gentleman at the front desk who offered me tissues. I had to cut my physical short today because I… refuse to be talked down to. Dr. Davidoff was very condescending, and our interaction reminded me of another subpar experience that I had with Dr. Goffe. If this is how your providers talk to patients who can advocate for themselves, I wonder how they interact with patients who cannot. This is extremely alarming given the patient demographics of this health care center. I immediately got my appointment rescheduled with a new provider and that will be my last appointment with Chase Brexton. Maybe I will get better service and care at a private practice.

Dr. Haley was very personable and attentive to my son. When I'm seen there, I see Dr. Goffe. She is an excellent Dr. as well. I love her attitude, her personality and her professionalism. The facility was clean and the… staff were friendly and respectable.

The visit was good

My daughter’s doctor’s office closed and this was one of the places that they recommended. First visit went great, all the staff were very friendly. My only issue was the wait time.

Excellent service, and the staff is trained to attend to patients with kindness, respect, and patience 👏 May God always bless them so they can always provide quality service.

Professionalism in a 0 the staff are rude and doctors keeps you waiting long times just to be seen for an appointment that was booked. They also don’t like to be challenged. I came in for a check up of course and did… what the doctor ordered when I didn’t hear a response from them I message the doctor just for her to lie and say she never received what she needed knowing damn well she did and had her patients mixed up for something. When confronted they never responded someone needs to sue this place and its doctors because what the hell. I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter for dental she’s 3 and a day later they cancel the appointment with no explanation and then now are refusing to take my calls. Malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen. Save your self I you have another option take it do not and I repeat do not go here at all

Honestly speaking, at this point, I use Chase Brexton because I have no other choice. If I did, I wouldn’t bother with this facility at all. I was placed in a room and waited an entire hour before seeing anyone else.… For all that I could’ve been told to come in later ( you know around the time that the provider felt like she had time) Secondly, I left my doctors appointment and went to the pharmacy; upon hearing that the wait for my medication would be 30 minutes, I opted for them to be mailed to me seeing that I no longer live in close proximity to the facility. I was told I need to contact the mount vernon pharmacy myself and request that. This is the kicker, I started calling at 2pm and had the line still trilling at 4pm because no one ever answered. If people aren’t going to do their part and answer the phones then why are they even in place ? The level of displeased that I am is beyond imaginable. No one has called me back to even see if what I was calling about had been resolved. Quite frankly, the staff at Chase Brexton will leave you for dead !

Excellent service, a super friendly doctor, I give her a 10 out of 10.
