They were great about communicating for a little bit, but I had a complicated billing situation with my insurance that had to wait until the new year to resolve to start my counseling and now they won’t communicate with… me when I’m actually able to have the right insurance to cover it. It’s frustrating and stressful because I work 45-50 hours a week and I don’t have time to be researching counselors or going around filling out paperwork elsewhere. Extremely disappointing because it was a big step for me to even admit I needed counseling. Very discouraging.
