Extremely happy getting transmagnetic Stimulation for the first time. I was nervous but they were very kind and comforting. The procedure went great and I have high hopes for this. Thank you Laview and staff and… specially Joe Ismil my therapist, he rocks

I've been struggling with mental health issues off and on since the early part of the 2000's. Having personal, familial, and religious perspective of mental health issues. I've had a hard time dealing and confronting my… personal trauma. That being said the staff here have been the most supportive people I have had the pleasure to meet with. 10/10 best experience for me.

I decided to rate LBH in Hibbing 4 stars because the behavioral team I've worked with have all been wonderful. I love them to bits, they really care about my wellbeing, and they're skilled in their vocations. But I… decided to leave a review about why I took a star off. The office has a new receptionist. She has been aloof and curt with me thus far. She doesn't smile or greet me, and just sort of blankly looks at me when I speak to her. Normally I don't begrudge these sort of things, you never know what's going on in someone's life. However, I feel that in this setting, a receptionist is not just part of the team but the face of a business, as they're the first person you connect with. That's particularly important regarding mental health services in that they will set the tone for the care a patient will receive there. With her, I immediately feel ill at ease and unwelcome in the office. Today I brought up how I wasn't sent my usual text reminder, causing me to miss an appointment. It wasn't a big deal, things happen. But when I tried to talk with her about it she just stared blankly at me and flatly told me that it is set up. She didn't try to help or see what happened. She didn't even look at me when she slid the appointment card towards me across the desk. Didn't hand it to me, make eye contact, smile, anything conveying any warmth or kindness. I felt judged. I felt like she was just "dealing" with me, dismissing me. It upset me a lot. I'm very sensitive to rejection and that hit me very hard. I'm definitely not comfortable interacting with her anymore, and the last thing I need is for my anxiety to be set off about going to a place who's purpose is to help alleviate my mental health difficulties.

I've done the virtual outpatient evening group, my counselor Kelly is the best counselor I've ever had, everyone in her group loves being there, she makes it easy going yet different. I would def recommend this program… to ANYONE! Everyone there in the office are so nice and helpful

This place has been amazing for me in my recovery journey. The outpatient facilitator, Ashley Tague, is amazingly down to earth and easy to relate too. Groups are flexible with option to zoom in from home, and amicable… to allowing me to help direct my own step down from programming as I transition into my current way and choices of living without the use of substances. I’m really excited for the potential new Wednesday group that is in the mix and hope that is something that becomes a reality for people such as myself that can utilize it as a resource for my own personal “long haul” plan.

Such a positive place to plug into in support of mental health and sobriety

So i called to get some prescriptions filled they said my doctor wasnt in. So I asked if another doctor could fill them they told me no doctors were in because of the holidays well I find that hard to believe. I drove… 30 minutes to get to my pharmacy as I live in the country. Well once I finally got home because the nurse said dont wait around at the pharmacy she said I doubt it will happen today. Well I get a text saying there filled this is a complete lack of communication on there part they should've called me like I asked her to but she didn't now I have to make a second trip and waste gas because they cant communicate properly. I like this place but the communication is lack luster.

Myself and all my children are patients at Lakeview in hibbing and love the experience and all the people. Very professional

So I was late by 5-15 mins the first time I tried calling no one answered then when I got there they said oh well he took another client bc it was urgent reschedule for the next day the front desk person wasn’t there so… I had to wait an extra 5 mins she dambscknyot me checked it but couldn’t find my therapist and made me wait The Whole time me said well reschedule again. each time I called multiple times before that for an emergency appointment for my Therpist there and nothing I said I’m in a crisis I thought the the therapist had there was great and promised me to help heal and help get better and I feel completely lied too. And I need this appointment for another service appointment and that’s with someone and I needed a letter for this situation. This isn’t the the first time it happened the psychiatrist here was the worse first appointment amazing second appointment blew me off Just like the therapist now and made comments called the supervisor said doesn’t sound like here. These people care bout money then actually helping. I only had one issue somewhere else my whole life and this was the worse experience ever for me and now idk who to trust at all to get help so thank you for making me have this idea that anywhere I go might be the same.

Have been the most flexible kind caring considerate therapy business I've ever had the honor of working with very thankful very appreciate Everyone I have gotten to connect with and great therapists, great People.

I called to get a script that requires a Prior authorization and I asked them to mark it urgent and still have yet to get my meds... tried talking with a very rude nurse who would not stop interrupting while I was… trying to speak and process my thoughts... not happy with the nursing staff at all... they also said that they are taking me off a medication ive been on and need for my mental health... so now 2 medications I won't have due to them so if you see me and I seem out of it its there fault

I’ve been going on and off here for about 10 years now and anytime I am living up north here I go to only Lakeview don’t like any others around have a great relationship with both my dr there Wendy long and my therapist… Joe ishmil in Hibbing the front desk ladies are super awesome and nice and helpful always super polite and professional

Amazing

I love this place, it’s my first time ever going to therapy and everyone I’ve meet has been more than welcoming. It’s a very clean and calm place I look forward to coming here every week it really just puts you in a… good mood no matter what your going through!

**Update - This is issue just happened again, I called in my script on Wednesday and it didn't get filled before the weekend. Once again, I had to go without it. I haven't slept in days because I am out. I am beyond… frustrated at this point. They also screwed up on billing and I received a bill that my insurance would and will pay for. (It was also a ludicrous amount of money for a 15 minute telehealth call) Now I have to deal with that issue and inconvenience as well. I have been trying to get one prescription filled since July 2nd, it is now the 13th. This is a med that I have been in for years, and I'm positive I will have serious withdrawal symptoms. This is an issue most these "prescribers" are VERY AWARE of . My advice, go to a local place that isn't a "chain".

I have been going there close to a year and a half. I am not saying any names. When you call there....NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. You leave a message....NO ONE CALLS BACK. Irritating...very. My daughter went there for her… first time...well let's just say..she got prescribed something where you start on a very low dose...they started her on a very high dose. Got very sick and ended up in the ER. This med they should know about to start at the lowest dose. My daughter doesn't want to go there ever again. I was really happy with them until this.

Nice people who work there

They seem to have put more effort into filling prescriptions during the holidays which was one of my complaints. The counselors, therapists, PA's I have had are quite good. Some will go out of their way when/if you have… a crisis. They seem to really care and often have had similar crises that they have gone through and can relate to yours. They are down to earth and make you feel comfortable and this is what really matters most. New Update 12-28-21: Went into the Hibbing office to ask the receptionists when my appointment was and neither of them had a mask during the biggest Covid outbreak since the pandemic started. They also seemed a bit unfriendly. Possibly didn't like the mask I was wearing? Another problem is the billing. I have 2 insurance carriers. They always bill the wrong one despite many phone calls to correct them. This has caused a lot of unnecessary paperwork to sort through and can be overwhelming and stressful.
