Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) Programs

Illness management and recovery is a structured curriculum, usually delivered weekly in groups or individually across several months. It teaches people to track their own symptoms, set personal goals, use medication effectively and recognize early warning signs before a difficult period takes hold.
