About Community Partners – Dover

Community Partners operates from 272 County Farm Road in Dover. The site sits in Strafford County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Durham, Exeter and Raymond. New Hampshire draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Residential treatment, intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Community Partners

Residential treatment, intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Residential runs long-term, which suits people who have tried shorter stays without them holding. Buprenorphine is available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Most unorganized idcmp there is. don’t waste your time. I went through everything except for the 20 hour impaired driving course. I signed up for course they gave me all the materials I would need for class then didn’t… even give me the login credentials to the zoom class causing me to miss the class. They then claimed it was my fault and they are perfect. I was upset with them so they discharged me causing me to retake the whole idcmp process again. The staff only cares about themselves they don’t get back to you in the timely manner the law states. They lie and make you the problem. You’re better off going through a more organized foundation (if there is one) anything mandatory from the state always sucks. These programs shouldn’t even exist due to the poor performance of being able to control and orchestrate these things. It’s a giant free for all the laws desperately need changing there is always too much corruption with these bureaucrats. All designed so the state has full control over your life and if you disagree they make you pay for it by taking 6 more months for a hearing. So you can speak your mind. Mean time that’s another 6 months waiting because these people can’t have a fair and honest evaluation. It’s all a scam just quit drinking don’t give the state power over yourself

I had a great experience taking an Impaired Driving course here this summer. After years of trying to sort out my license, the people here were beyond helpful and knowledgeable of the process—they explained everything… upfront in terms of cost and expectations. Trina was especially helpful, along with the rest of the staff. I felt seen as a human and truly appreciated their welcoming and positive attitude—I felt I really benefited from taking their program overall. This is really refreshing, after running into what feels like so many roadblocks in an already difficult situation to deal with for many. I am more than grateful that I chose SENHS to take my courses, it felt they actually cared and were very helpful and efficient with the steps along the way.

I was a client at SENHS from December 2020 - April 24th 2021. I did the Arc program and then I did Turning Point. We had a Covid outbreak, staff was professional and helped everyone find some place to go and even housed… some of the clients until Covid was out of the building. The 5 months that I was there every staff member was professional and cared about both the clients and workers. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am 1 year sober November 30th because SENHS gave me the proper tools for my toolbox to make this work 1day at a time.

I needed to be held accountable for my actions and know that when I left I'd have to give a UA when I got home. They built integrity in me and if the people that live here really want it, they'll appreciate it the rules.
