My experience with this organization was very positive and seamless. My counselor/session leader, Carol, was very accommodating, and practiced very clear and friendly communication, and treated her clients with… tolerance and compassion, going above and beyond to provide each person with resources and information specific to their needs, and i was even able to learn a thing or two. Anyone in the position to have to be taking these classes isn’t going to be happy to have to do so, I can assure you from personal experiences, that there are other organizations in New Hampshire that are for more difficult to deal with.
I was recommended to attend six months of counseling at Community Improvement Associates to resolve my legal requirements that would allow me to return to my full time employment out of state. After nearly two years,… and incurring over ten thousand dollars in fees, I was terminated from their program for an unexcused absence. Community Improvement Associates is a fly by night scam operation. Beware.
I found t he people friendly and down to earth. I had a great counselor in Keene- and I always looked forward to the meetings.
I had the worst experience with this guy I did a test I didn't agree with it so I asked him for a copy of it so I could get a second apion he refused to give me one so I called him a scammer the he took my 400 dollars… and kicked me out of his office the chest bumped.e twice and won't finish my evaluation so he robbed me for 400 dollars that place is a scam
The women answering the phones today is awful. She's got a horrible attitude and thinks she knows it all even when paperwork from the state of NH disagrees with her. She will raise her voice to you on the phone. You're… best off just hanging up on her and calling elsewhere. This place isn't here to help the people, quite obviously.
