Recorded services at Olalla Recovery Centers – Olalla are detox and residential treatment. Medical supervision covers the withdrawal period, where alcohol and benzodiazepines carry real risk. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Olalla Recovery Centers – Olalla Address, Location and Contact Information

Olalla Recovery Centers – Olalla is located at 12850 Lala Cove Lane SE in Olalla, Washington, 98359. Olalla sits in Kitsap County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Hello This is FireBall Franie. Back in 2022 I was a lost drunk. The beautiful souls at Olalla showed me a new way to think/live. Gave tools for accepting lifestyle sober. It was my first time in my life being Sober. I'm… 65 yrs. old. 4 ¹/² yrs still sober. Thank you Olalla Stay Safe Stay Strong Frances Bostwick

I loved being at Ollalla but unfortunately had to leave after 11 days. The group of girls were amazing but one person's behavior made the group toxic. The instructors and classes were excellent. But after 11 days… without a good nights sleep, two of the girls constantly fighting, the phone nonsense and just the overall feel of the group made me physically and emotionally unwell. I had to bounce. Im still clean and sober and I did have a spiritual experience at ollalla. Its too bad one person ruined my experience but im grateful I met a few awesome woman that will remain in my life.

I finished the hardest two weeks and things were going well. Was beaming with pride at that point. Must've shown it too easily for some to see. Now I am trying to get back into the facility after an unfortunate… termination of my stay. I'm feeling a little lost and let down. Damn the politics and ultimately myself for not letting bs roll down my back. Need the wind back in my sails. Keep leaving messages I guess is all I can do. Rally. C'mon.... let's hear it!!! I need more RR (REFUGE RECOVERY) C'mon OLALLA...I'M NOT DONE YET....HANNA, PEPER, DEREK, TAMI, ELIOT, MISTY, BUDDY, HEATHER, HAMAN, BILL, LOIS, PARIS, BAMM!!!!! I NEEEEED YOU!!!!! Update: Was communicating to get back in and all of the sudden the main admissions person just ghosted me! Shameful. Arguing seems to be a petty reason to get kicked out of a substance abuse facility when they CLAIM to want to HELP people. And that it's a SAFE place to recover. Hmmm, very disappointed. Especially when your LIFE is determined by SUPPORT STAFF!! Double shameful...moving right along and am doing it without ALL Y'ALL!!! PEACE

The programs website is deceptive and misleading regarding the insurance coverage they'll accept. Somebody needs to fix that so more people don't have false hope in your abilities.

Olalla was a life changing experience and gave me the tools I needed to get and stay sober. Kevin, my counselor, is an amazing and compassionate person who guided me through the recovery process. The Olalla staff are… kind and patient and were always willing to give me the help I absolutely needed. The treatment center is located on was a hilltop forest overlooking Puget Sound, which is incredibly beautiful and the perfect environment for recovery. Walking the trail surrounding the property every morning was awesome. The food is wonderful and there is lots of it. I would recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about getting sober!!

I was at Ollala back in March of 2024 for a 28 days inpatient stay. It was the best decision of my life., and credit this experience and all I learned about addiction and myself for my continued sobriety today. The… entire experience here at Ollala was incredible. The staff and counselors are so accepting and compassionate, they truly make you feel important. I would recommend Ollala Recovery Centers to anyone!!

The food was Horrible. A lot of what you ate was left overs from the night before. I ate the vending machine food. And the salads. The place is very haunted . Many people experienced paranormal happening. We smudged… both the girls cabin and the guys cabin. I left after a week because I liked nothing about the place. I didn't leave because of the paranormal stuff. It wasn't the right place for me. I did hear the Rekhi experiences people had were very good.

I went to the visitors class and thought they did a good job of explaining addictive behaviors and a little of the brain science behind it without it being overwhelming. I recommend it to anyone, whether they've already… had experience with loved ones in recovery or not. We are always learning new things about the brain and modalities to help us deal with it. The counselor was great and made me feel welcome.

I was in their 2 week Relapse Prevention Program in 2003. I have been clean ever since! Facility was scenic and serene, staff was beyond amazing. Their overall approach offered total holistic focus treating the… INDiVIDUAL. Diversity in spiritual accommodations including Native American. When my two week program was complete I wanted to stay longer simply because the entire experience was so profoundly healing....I WANTED more, rather than NEEDED more.

Absolutely Loved my stay at Olalla! Great meals everyday 🙌🏼 coffee too(if ya get up early enough). The staff I had during my experience were some of the best counselors & people you’ll meet! Counselors will definitely… call you on your BULLSHIT & keep you accountable(Can’t bullshit a bullshitter, they say). So good luck trying to skate by or just faking it to make it. I got down to some good core roots I never thought of before, got a lot of “Dark Things” out in my time here too. Also not too bad of classes either! With a slightly more stoic approach one could say maybe, lots of good new info! Also, when you get towards the end of your stay, if you’re feeling not quite ready to leave, you can ask for extension(s) too. 🙌🏼 This place is really about their patients, as groups tend to be no bigger than 6-12 people, so, plenty of questions to be asked, searched for, & answered!!! I was in the Falcon Group, our group never got bigger than 6-7 people. And it’s males with males & females do there daily groups with just females, allowing for a little more comfort/support when sharing personal matters. Absolutely love Olalla & would recommend this inpatient facility to ANYONE struggling with addiction!! 10/10 ⭐️’s 🩶💛🩶

Called for informationfor A loved one once they realized I didn't have the insurance that they accepted. The lady hung up on me mid-sentence and said have a great day. I tried to call back and was met with somebody just… as rude. That wouldn't answer a single question. I don't know if they have an answering service or what do you guys know what kind of business you guys are in?

I just graduated from here and it's truly a magical place if u do the work on yourself. U definitely get back what u put into it and then some. The energy is amazing. Staff is phenomenal, the director Derek is one of the… most amazing people u can ever meet. and It truly felt like a family at summer camp except I left there with a huge part of my trauma healed. And I feel fully confident they did everything they possibly could to help me and navigate my plans for when I graduated. I not only left there with knowledge and tools but a family i can reach out to and i found true friends. This place is Truly amazing!!! And I'm so grateful i had the opportunity to go here!!!!!!!

It was so nice I had to try it twice! Because for me that is what it took! The staff was extremely helpful & consistently expressed and showed their concern for me and the other "guests"! I was very thankful that they… payed close attention to the "problems" I have in my life and remembered the ones that I began working on the first time around! At times it felt like I was just passing through and they just moved on after I left! But I am glad it wasn't true; because by their dedication and remembering the things I shared it made my recovery process that much easier to pickup where I left off (instead of having to repeat it all over from the beginning)! And gave me the strength and courage to dig deeper and work harder! If I had to sum it up in one phrase I would say "It was like spending summer vacation at Grandma's house, before going back to school"! Because grandma's always a good person to go visit and talk to and receive advice and encouragement about the things that Im doing right and wrong! And grandma never runs out of food!

I think this is more for me than anyone who reads this. Olalla is more concerned about their image than the concerns of the residents. I was threatened with violence by a thug criminal who broke every rule that was… written, and probably some that wasn't. I called law enforcement, and the staff convinced them ( law enforcement) not to come. I would not recommend this center to my worst; well, maybe my worst enemy, but not someone who is humble and is seeking true recovery.

The visitation protocol needs to be updated to allow on-site visitation. Supportive family and friends play an important part in the wellbeing of those in treatment. I was disappointed to learn I wasn’t able to visit a… loved one because of an outdated policy.

★☆☆☆☆
Michael Valencia3 years ago

Unsure why this treatment center isn’t allowing their patients any visitors. If jails, hospitals, and the rest of the world has let up on Covid, treatment centers should be doing the same. Came here the other day with… my partner to visit a very close/dear friend of ours who is struggling, and got turned away “due to covid”. Staff were not wearing masks themselves, and the place did not look like they are actually following “Covid protocols”. Please consider changing this and allowing visitors!

★☆☆☆☆
Jonathan3 years ago

Really?! No visitors allowed for the person I care about in recovery! They are so concerned about Covid. The emergency order is lifted and when you see the staff working they are not even wearing masks! Don’t say your… concerned! If you are, you would have everyone wear a mask like a hospital.

★☆☆☆☆
Renato lastrella3 years ago

I brought my partner here knowing I would be able to see him. Unfortunately. They don’t allow visitors right now. If you call they will say due to Covid. The emergency order has lifted already. They should allow… visitors! It is important for the individual seeking treatment to see their support system. If you go to any other treatment facility they allow visitors. My partner is struggling already and to not be able to see me is killing him and taking a toll on his mental state. Someone needs to look into this facility and help them understand that the person seeking treatment needs to feel supported. By not having to be able to see visitors that care and love them it really hurts them as well. At least in prison you can have visitors. Let’s fix this please.🙏

My husband received inpatient care here. Unfortunately we had a problem with him getting a prescription covered by his insurance to help him sleep. I spoke with Linda in billing and paid for the prescription so he could… continue care there. Unfortunately, they discharged him early deciding his care was beyond their expertise and cancelled the medication and sent him home. I've been trying for three weeks to get reimbursed the $60 for this medication. I finally left a voicemail with the director. After this I received a phone call from Linda in billing who made it clear she was upset I spoke to the director and that she didn't know when I would get reimbursed, told me to continue to wait and they would call as it was in the works. She basically hung up on him at the end of the call when I said I didn't want the check mailed, I'd come and pick it up. I feel very small and helpless in this matter. Very frustrating. I have been unable to work since December 20th due to my daughter having major back surgery for scoliosis right before Christmas. Very broke from the holidays, and hoped to have a little money for new years to try and brighten the holiday for my daughter who's been bed bound. I would like to say that despite feeling less than a person by the billing staff, my husband had a great connection with the counselor Kevin while there and the front office gal I spoke to was very understanding of my frustrations and did a wonderful job.
