Revive Pathway – El Cajon

This facility is the gold standard. I brought my daughter here when they first opened and was so impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, and the dignity they gave to the patients. All clinics should take a look and a… lesson on how people in need should be treated. Thank you Revive Pathway from the bottom of my heart.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been to other clinics that treat you like you’re trash and like you’re always trying to pull something. Everyone here treats you with so much dignity and respect.… They truly care about you. My amazing counselor Anjelica has helped me so much. She is such a kind and caring person. I have almost 3 years clean because of her and this place. This is by far the best place you can go to for treatment. They always have a provider there to adjust your dose each day without having to wait forever to see the only doctor like other places. They also handle any other medical and psychiatric needs you may have. They also grant take homes pretty quickly as long as you are clean. I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are truly wonderful. I am incredibly grateful to have found Revive Pathway.

You will never find another medical facility of this type that will give you the same quality of treatment and respect as Revive Pathway. I was one of the first people there when they first opened, and they supported me… not only with MAT services but with other health concerns with empathy and compassion. The only negative I would say is nowadays it's really hard to get them to answer the phone

This place has saved my life not just my addiction problem but my mental health is also under control

This place is a lifesaver. A blessing from God I'd say. Staff absolutely incredibly kind, polite, and completely understanding and without judgement. Favorite doctors their would be Khadar and Wyatt. Honesty is the key.… Be honest with them about everything. My intake was walk-in and took 2 hours...

I’m not very happy with my care right now and the provider isn’t listening. I’ve been on a high dose of benzodiazepines for 20 years and I was told this would be a 2 year taper. They’re taking me down by 1milligram… every week! Putting my life in danger I have had 5 grand mal seizures for this same reason. I so disappointed I thought I had found a place that took me serious as I can DIE from tese kolopin withdrawals! They want I mean are going to take me down another MG this next visit. I feel like I’ve been set up for failure not success! The doctors won’t even be transparent with me when I asked when they would hold the dose instead of answering the question she said “I donno we’ll see when we get there.” If they follow this pattern this isn’t a 2 year taper its 5 weeks!!

The staff at the front desk & everyone I encounter there is so friendly. Adrianna helps me deal with my issues & Atta helps to find the medication that works for me

TERRIFIC 💯 I LOVE IT THERE'S A DOCTOR ON STAFF EVERYDAY, AND WHEN YOU DOSE THE PROVIDER DOSES YOU. NO MORE WAITING TO SEE THE DOCTOR TO GO UP ON YOUR DOSE! ALSO THEY HAVE A PSYCHIATRIST ON STAFF, AND THEY GIVE US… PARTIES ABOUT EVERY 3 MONTHS PIZZA PARTIES WITH GAMES LIKE MUSICAL CHAIRS BINGO ETC AND GIVEAWAY WONDERFUL PRIZES EVEN IF YOU DON'T WIN THE GAME THEY GIVE CONSOLATION PRIZES. THE STAFF REALLY CARES.

This place is pretty clean and Everyone who works here is really nice from counselors and counseling to psychiatry and medical… the biggest issue is wait times, literally takes forever if you’re not the first person in… line. Don’t go there unless you’re the very first patient or close to and they open early. Seriously anytime I have had an appointment or am a walk-in after 7:30/8:00 I’m waiting here anywhere from 2 to 4 hours which really sucks if you’re trying to be somewhere during the day. Love this place but every time I come here I am thoroughly annoyed after waiting forever to be seem.

Displace does not know what appointment means I schedule twice an appointment. They made me wait an hour and a half. They told me to come in at 6:30 AM. There’s no wait. I went at 6:30. I waited over an hour very… unprofessional place I would give it one star

I was referred to Revive from Grossmont Medical to obtain continuity of care due to our rapid, out of state return to California. Traci, my provider was thorough and interested in taking a complete history. The patient… navigator helped me with the paperwork and was welcoming and professional. The medical assistants were great--I shrunk 1/4 of an inch and have to lose ten pounds! The front desk manager had the whole process down and made it look easy. Which it is not. I go back in a week and am very grateful for the care and consideration I received.

GREAT STAFF, WALK IN WELCOME, MEDICATION TREATMENT, RIDE ASSISTANCE, URGENT CARE FOR ENROLLED PATIENTS, COUNSELING, THERAPY, MENTAL HEALTH, ACCEPTS ALL PATIENTS WITH OR WITHOUT INSURANCE, PAYMENT PLANS. Over all a great… place and community of people that are involved in treatment of the patients - and the patients that seek help.

Even, or I should say especially, on the days when I'm beating myself up for the stupid decisions I've made or my inability to follow a program, they really care about me and I've never once felt judged. They also do… some primary and urgent care stuff so you can get practically anything you need there. I was going to a different clinic with "centers" nationwide, and I didn't know it was even possible to get this quality of care. Looking back that place was a joke in comparison.

Horrible place homeless people everywhere trash all over -scared to even Go To eat at Izzy cause of the parking lot is scary n unsafe ever since the crazy house opened up wow

This program is amazing it literally has saved my sons life!! The staff genuinely care about their patients recovery and success!

Never felt judged. And I was crazy and completely withdrawaling when I went into my intake and the staff was so nice and understanding. There's also outpatient here classes and counseling therapy. The doctor treated me… like a regular patient right off the bat and I'm going on 3 months clean and this office played a big part in helping start my path in recovery.

This place is absolutely amazing. They treat you like a human being, not trash like the other clinics. They actually seem to care about you. I highly recommend this place for anybody having trouble with addiction.

I highly recommend Revive to anyone experiencing substance use issues or mental health issues. It’s a one stop shop. Also love having Angelica as my counselor, I quit vaping because of her.

9 months ago I was living on the street, a drug addict who didn’t care about herself or anyone else. Till someone who worked here, who is very special to me stopped me and told me about this new clinic that just opened… up. I ended up coming. Everyone here was so patient, so caring and so understanding of what I was trying to do! This is place helped saved my life and I am so very thankful she stopped me that early morning! They work with you here. They don’t make it hassle to get clean, they respect you here and you’re not treated like a drug addict. If anyone is wondering if they should come here,, do it! You won’t be sorry. If your ready for help and want the chance to change your life, come here and let them help you! I know I will always have a safe place to come for help anytime.

Where to start!!!! This place is amazing from receptionist to provider, the professionalism is unmatched. They make this environment more than comfortable. They are honestly here for you. Junior and Jose are the best,… warm smiles and honestly they care. That's not to say that Crystal isn't Amazing either...😁😆 I won't put everyone's name here. Just know that you will be taken seriously and feel the support through the whole process! Y'all changed my life. I love y'all (Revive Pathways Staff) for that. ❤️
