Coordinated Care is a wholly owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation plans, based in Tacoma and operating only in Washington. Coordinated Care of Washington, Inc. issues its Apple Health and foster care plans, while Coordinated Care Corporation issues Ambetter. Behavioral health is integrated with physical health and managed by the plan’s own utilization staff rather than an outside vendor.

Which Coordinated Care plans cover rehab?

Four Apple Health products do: integrated managed care, Behavioral Health Services Only, Apple Health Core Connections for children in foster care, adoption support and young adults who aged out of care, and Apple Health Expansion. Coordinated Care also sells Ambetter marketplace plans as HMOs and Medicare plans under the Wellcare name.
