Northpoint has truly saved my life. Committing to the full program and diving head first into learning everything I could and actively putting it into action seemed impossible at first but I am so grateful I did it. The… people I’ve met and the staff (everyone from counselors, techs and medical team to kitchen and janitorial staff) are the kindest people who truly care and take the time to get to know you individually. I am so happy I came here.

Everyone here made me feel very welcomed. The staff and the environment are so welcoming! it makes it really easy to open up and be vulnerable with the issues you’re having ranging from addiction to even personal… problems. The food is good they have a snack bar and fountain drinks you can eat and drink throughout the day. Also the councilors are very helpful. I really recommend this place

Best rehab I've ever been to highly recommend anyone who is stuck in a addiction to come to northpoint recovery. They are very welcoming here. They honestly care about your recovery and will support your journey along… your way. They have the best counselors here in the treasure valley.

After 15 treatment centers I died from a fentanyl overdose and was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital! By the grace of my hire power I survived and was admitted to Northpoint recovery….. this facility has not… only changed me and my life but saved it! It has some of the best counselors, Nurses, and techs I have ever seen! Thank you for giving me the support foundation and tools to not just survive any more but actually get to live a beautiful sober life! Thank you soo much!!

The staff was very welcoming and professional, the nurses worked hard to help me woth my health and my diabetes. The counselors are very hands on and very caring. They have helped me over come some of my fears and to… face things head on. I really appreciate and enjoyed my time here. You guys rock. 10/10 recommend

Northpoint is a great program to attend if you are serious about getting sober. Very clean facility. They make the detox portion as comfortable as possible. The staff is very patient, friendly and helpful. They also… know what you are going through as most of them have experienced the disease of addiction themselves.

I am so happy I made the decision to come to Northpoint to get the help I've needed for so long. This program has literally saved my life. My therapist and the rest of the staff have helped me learn the proper tools I… need to cope with life situations. They don't only help with addiction; they help you figure out the underlying issues leading to addiction. I was lucky enough to come into a house full of loving and welcoming people who made me feel like family right away. I've never been more confident in myself and it's nice to wake up feeling motivated every day. I would recommend Northpoint to anyone needing some help getting their life back on track.

I myself was a patient at Northpoint. The staff were very very professional. The medical staff were very empathetic to my needs. The groups and the course lessons were very thorough, and I learned a lot when it came to… my addiction and how past traumas played their role in my use of substances. If you are a loved, one is experiencing substance abuse issues. I highly recommend checking into Northpoint recovery at a minimum I would suggest looking into them and reading the other reviews.

Best place to get help hands down

I would absolutely recommend North Point Recovery to anyone who is looking for a treatment center. The nursing staff is always prompt with any medication needs, the tech staff is always ready to help with any needs any… time of day or night. The counselors on staff are very good at what they do, and are pivotal in working with you and your recovery. Can’t recommend enough!
