About Perfectly Imperfect – Albuquerque

Perfectly Imperfect operates from 146 Quincy Street NE in Albuquerque. The site sits in Bernalillo County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Kirtland AFB, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque and North Valley. Distance matters here, and the nearest option is not always the one that fits.

Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at Perfectly Imperfect

Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Perfectly Imperfect Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 146 Quincy Street NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108, in Bernalillo County. The catchment reaches Kirtland AFB, Los Ranchos de Albuquerque and North Valley. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

Do not recommend this place at all. contracted with Probation/Parole so most clients are there VIA conditions of release for probation. And seems don't really care to be there. Girls side is so unorganized and you don't… learn anything, They just read off a paper. No new knowledge or coping skills. They talk about war stories ALOT and waste time on unnecessary things that can be time used on learning. So the whole 4 hour daily routine you basically go hang out in a room full of previous users of drugs or alcohol, and only actually learn for about 1 hour that whole 4 hour session IF that... If they aren't just talking the whole time. And that NDA you signed? Don't worry they just ignore that to anyone, I'm sure they don't even look. It's nothing like what IOP should be, it's more like 1 big counseling group session that these people just talk about trauma. ...and quite frankly their is a big lack of structure. If you are seeking REAL IOP this is NOT the place for you. They focus on probation and parolees.

This place treats clients like people, not patients, and it really shows. Apart from having a complete male, female, and adolescent section of their facility for each demographic, they also offer meals, snacks and… appreciation dinners for their clients. This is a fantastic place with good intention behind everything. The yoga program is especially impressive, and several of the graduates have committed to yoga long term thanks to the skilled instructors there

Awesome staff. Awesome inclusion of a "wellness" portion of the group meetings. I have recommended and will continue to recommend their IOP to anyone in need of recovery.
