Raise the Bottom Training and – Pocatello

Starting was less scary once they walked me through the first month. Day one included the medical checks (EKG, labs, UA) and paperwork. The first 30 days focused on stabilizing dose and about cravings. Having that kept… me from guessing.

I walked into Raise the Bottom right after 6am and was seen the same morning, no hoops to jump through. The early hours fit my work schedule. Walk-ins encouraged wasn’t just a slogan, staff actually made space for me.

Money matters, so I asked early about coverage. They’re in-network with a ton of insurances and they verify your specific plan before intake so there aren’t surprises later. That call saved me a lot of stress.

I came from WA to this location. I want to start off by telling you if you’re trying to start over, please be prepared for punctuality. This clinic is on top of every step you make FOR RECOVERY! It’s not to be a pain,… it’s to make sure you’re on top with your recovery plan. They have specific hours so be committed! And trust me, if you fall short, they STILL look out for you! I love the staff here. They are extremely supportive and positive and that’s the atmosphere that stays in this Pocatello location. From the front desk to the nurse down to the counselors. Be understanding that they follow procedures to ensure you get what you need! I’ve been to two other methadone locations and everyone here is ready to help you. I encourage you that if you are out there, struggling with substance, this is your chance. So give yourself that opportunity. Not just to get help, but the RIGHT kind of help. And Raise the Bottom is your clinic! Side note: EVERYONE AT RAISE THE BOTTOM POCATELLO READING THIS, you guys are amazing! The fact that you keep up the great positive energy and motivation is why people love it there! Don’t stop what is clearly working!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️ WE LOVE THE STAFF AT THE POCATELLO LOCATION!!

Raise the Bottom has changed my life. The staff is awesome. My counselor Diane is a no BS woman, and continues to be an amazing part of my life in sobriety and recovery. The team rocks. And if you are serious and want… the MAT Program to save your life grab it by the horns!!

What a wonderful place! The staff here are incredible! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the staff up front, followed by the most kind and gentle nurses, and most of all the counselors. Don’t let their… beauty fool you because they are just as beautiful inside as they are out. Without Diana I don’t know what direction my life would’ve gone. With her overwhelming amount of knowledge and stern guidance I was able to once again live a fulfilling life! Thanks raise the bottom and a special heart filled thanks to Diana!

This place is awesome. They helped me through one of the worst times I’ve had. All the staff is great, and put up with all my quirks, but specifically my counselor Diana. She knew when to push me and when to just… listen. She knows and understands what we go through as addicts, and knows exactly what we need to recover. If you’re struggling, I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love this place it has a great clean atmosphere.. The staff is amazing, caring, friendly, courteous and professional .. the staff also to the best of their ability, take care of their clients needs in a… timely manner .. more importantly they show a genuine interest in my recovery and well-being.. I'm from California and started going here. They gave me 2 weeks to get an idaho id but I was denied at the dmv. This place chose not to see me bc I lied to them and told them I had a temporary idaho id. I'm a drug… addict. I'll say whatever I can to get my drugs. Duh you guys should know this. They stopped my methadone but they could have extended my time to get my id but they chose not to. How dare you. I'm a sick patient in need of help. Now I'm back on the streets searching for fentanyl. Thanks raise the bottom. You failed me. When I OD, it's on you!! I asked for help but you slammed the door in my face. I called your other locations and they told me it didn't matter if I had an out of state I'd that was expired!!!

I've been to 3 different methadone clinics over my years and RtB is easily the most professional. They have been firm and fair when I messed up so I know how to avoid trouble in the future. The office staff and nurses… are all great, and even Diana can be nice if you catch her off guard 😉. Overall, it's a great place if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
