Blacktail Health – Butte

I just want you to know that Bill (the patient) is my husband and he is in the Dementia Unit so I tried to fill this out best I could for Him. And Kerry Bolken P.A. came to see him at the Facility and is absolutely… wonderful! Blackmail has been wonderful to us along with all the staff there. They make you feel comfortable & really care! Thank-you! : )

I have never had a more caring Dr. and bunch of nurses than Dr. Brewer. And her nurses. She has saved my life several times. What can I say. What more can I ask for? ❤️ love this gal!

I'm trying to get myself together this place does not listen to me I'm trying to get help I have memory problems along with bipolar and diabetes I can't seem to get any help from them I asked for an advocate to help me… get my life together to help me function like a normal human being because I'm aware that's something is wrong with me I worry that one day I will be so far gone then I won't even notice the mistakes I'm making so I'm trying to reach out now to get help this place does not seem to care nor do they listen to me

I went here when it was community health clinic years ago. Now its Blacktail and just let me say: These ladies are so kind, patient and helpful at the front desk. And my provider Alicia Foley is amazing! I feel so… comfortable speaking to her about intimate things and she really listens and takes the time to explain things to me and I dont feel judged (: she seems to really care! And that's hard to come by in this day and age! Highly recommend 👌

Wendy has been my provider for quite some time. This visit was just not the same. I don’t think she was in the exam room for more than 10 minutes! My experience with her has been top notch, maybe just an off day.

They cool

My experience at this place was incomprehensible. First they attempted to cut my prescription medication to obtain my continued treatment and business here. Then once I went in for an appointment despite obvious… wrongdoing here the doctor first asked what all was wrong with me then was to human to listen. At the end after being negletive and insulting they basically physically assaulted me along with treating someone at 50 like they are 5. I strongly suggest taking a credible witness if you must visit here.

These people are amazing and kind. Took great care of me. Quick and easy.

The old lady receptionist is not nice. And they allowed a staff member to almost yell at me over my certified ESA that was ALWAYS at my side. I never received an apology from her and when I tried to get an apology, I… was treated like a piece of trash and looked down upon by the person who I spoke to on the phone. This after filing a formal complaint. I have been going to this place since 1989 because we don’t have much of a choice

Everyone in the dental area are the nicest group of people. They are always friendly, polite, respectful, kind, knowledgeable and sometimes funny. They make going to the dentist seem not so bad.
